A quick leg workout you can do at home to firm up your thighs

If This workout is too hard then go here to tone up your thighs with a broomstick or you can Do Jump Squats to tone up your glutes, hips & thighs fast.

This exercise also helps you tighten up your glutes & hamstrings and...

You want to really make sure you squat down only half way when doing this exercise so you can get a good thigh workout and depending on your fitness level...

You may be able to get a good thigh workout without using weights but you can also use heavier weights if this workout is too easy.

HI, I m doing workout from last 4 years i have good shape but My legs or thighs are very thin.My upper body is in good shape but i am worried about my thighs.
Do you have any good exercise which can work faster?

faris,

Are your thighs very muscular or do you have most of fat stored in that area of your body?

If most of your fat is in that area - Go on a weight loss plan to make them slimmer

1. Doing the J-Lo and/or Jessica Biel workout may also help you get thicker thighs but here's more targeted exercises for thicker thighs

Hi, its me again i just have two questions.
1. what excersices can i do to get, i guess, thicker thighs? and by doing those excersices will they affect the results of the jessica biel and J.LO workout?

2.What excersices can i do to be a little stronger bc i am very weak?(without looking muscular like a man)

Most of my leg exercises Except for inner thigh exercises like this and butt exercises like this require knee strength and you can consult your doctor if these exercises are still safe for you to do and...

Hey Adrian. This website is great.

I recently had a knee injury, making this excersize a bit too harsh to do. Is there any other thigh excersizes that don't require a lot of knee strength?

Also, I know when on a fitness plan you can't just eat anything and everything that you wish to eat, because then the excersizes would be no good--
But would it be possible to still lose weight while avoiding a strict diet and simply watch what I eat while staying in the correct calorie zone?

Rima,

What do you mean by pressure? - If you mean the kind of pressure that hurts your knees as in it might injure your knees then STOP doing this exercise - your legs may not be strong enough to do this exercise but...

If by pressure you mean - your muscles are working hard then that's just the normal part of the exercise

i tried doing these moves and without the dumbbell, but I felt a lot of pressure on my knees, is that ok?
