girdle will not help

weight loss WILL!

as you get closer to your ideal weight = curvy figure and expect to take 4-6 weeks to lose every 10 pounds

I'm 22 5'7 and 219 solid I have a athletic tone but my arms are a little tone I want them to be more feminie looking and I have a muffin top that I can't get rid of along with a little back fat and I want to know how to lift my butt my butt looks kind of like tear drops lol and also what can I do about my inner thighs? Hi. I'm a female who ways 149 and my height is 5'4". im 16 going on 17 and i would like to know how to lose my stomach fat and my saggy arms on my triceps. i would also like to get a bigger butt. the only problem is, i don't have a treadmill or anykind of workout machine. so are there any videos to lose weight and are no materials needed? and what about butt? i don't have any materials for that either. is there any videos for me? or am i out of luck?

Hi Adrian, I already have a big butt although I want one that is lifted and has more volume at top like Vida Guerra's. I haven't been working on my butt because it seem to get smaller and I don't want that. I would like to get my butt perkier and rounder without losing its volume. I appreciate it so much!

im latina and my dream weight would be 125..i have stick thin legs which is what i hate ..i would love to have nice thicker feminem legs, not too muscular..and ofcourse a bigger butt! can u help me out with this please..i know i have to eat more thats no problem i just dont know what exercise to do for gaining weight in my legs!

I would also like to know if I would be better off focusing on my butt first until I get the size I like and then focus on losing the inches off my stomach? Or will I lose the butt I gained if I do this?

Hi, I just did my first butt workout on Tuesday and I have a few questions. Am I not to workout at all until ALL of the soreness is gone? Because I am still pretty sore and it is Friday. I also have a little belly fat that I want to lose (about 2" more or less) am I able to add a little cardio such as walking or doing the elliptical 2 miles on the days I dont do the workout? Or will doing this sabotage the repairing of my butt muscles or cause them not to grow as big? Or will doing the workouts be sufficient to enough to get rid of belly fat?

Im 5'2" and 34-28-38 and weigh about 122lbs. My hips are pretty wide but my butt is flat. And I want to lose at least 2" of my waist.

Thank you for your time and response. Hopefully I will see some great results soon!

NO

did you read the stuff I gave you?

Track may help it increase ONLY if you're a sprinter but other than that -track will only help you firm and maintain butt

Lunges (weights) will increase nutt

So if i do lunges and i run track will it build back up because i run track and the lunges that they make me do nade my butt firm but it made it smaller. So what kind of butt exercises can i do that will make it build back up in at least 3 weeks without weights

doing what you are talking about will probably make your butt smaller or no results
