Okay So I am 151 and have belly fat and back fat.I want a big butt? What should I do as far as getting a bigg but while losing weight is it possible or should I just eat right excercise lose the fat and then build my butt so confused?

Can I do hit on a treadmill for 20 minutes plus contemporary dancing which is a lot of leg work 3 times a week while doing these butt exercises to increase growth 2 times a week or is that too much. what do you recommend

what you have planned is ok but you need to figure out what is your main goal and stick to it

If a bigger butt is your main goal then cardio or all that other stuff should be limited

Hey Adrian,

First off I'd like to say thanks for all the hard work you put into this website.

I had a quick question. I'm a thin girl having recently lost 40 pounds. I do not and have never had a butt at all so i have started your workouts.

My question is :

1. There are 4 different butt exercises I like. I'd like to split them up doing only 2 exercises a day with atleast 2 days spaced in between them. Is that ok to do?

2. I'm addicted to a dvd workout called 'Ballet conditioning' which targets lower body toning and scultping as well as pilates core, upper arm movements for 51 minutes. Is it ok to do that 3 days a week while splitting up your squat workouts for 2 days. If not then what kind of cardio should I be doing?

3. Is it ok to just use 5 pound weights for now since I have a pretty weak lower body?

Let me know if thats ok and if I'll still be able to see fast results.

How you doing Adrian? I'm 21yrs of age I'm 5'4 and I weigh like 106lbs yeah I know I'm under weight :-/. I'm nicely tone and I have board shoulders. Its hard for me to put on pounds too. Adrian I realllyy need your advise. I need some info on how I can gain weight, get curvey (I want my hips to get just a liiil wider) (to you know match my shoulders),a bottom like vida's mines need to lifted and bigger,and the last thing I wanna work on is my stomach its not fat I just wanna get flat. I'm 5'0 and weigh 153lbs. I know that's too much weight for my height. Most of my weight is in my breast and stomach. I had a c-section in the past. 1) Does having a c-section make it harder to lose your stomach? 2)Is there something I can do without doing crunches to lose the belly fat? 3)I don't want a butt like J-lo or Vida but I do want it to look nice in my clothes..how can I do that? Right now, it depends on what jeans I have on as to how my butt looks. I want it to look nice, lifted,firm and round in all of my clothes. Thanks.

Hi Mr.Bryant,

I have started your "get a bigger butt LiKE vida" the first time i did iT i used 3pound weights n i started on a thrusday..iT worked pretty good ..i did iT again the monday that just past'd wit 10pound weights ..&& i really feel the burn!! : )

My questions are ..
1. Should i work out nxt Monday wit the same 10pound weights ..bcuz unfortunately those are the only weights i have ..? And if sO should i increase my reps && sets to add more difficulty?

2. What foods should i eat?

3. Can i work on my abs while working on my lower body?

4. Also will these exercises that im doing help increase my hip and thigh size ?

Hi,

I had a baby and lost alot of the weight but started gaining it back but I never lost the weight in my arms, face, and thighs. I would like to lose the weight in my face, arms, slim down my thighs and make my butt bigger and rounder.

How would I go about doing this? I weigh 130 now and want to get back to my 118Lbs mark. I was this weight b4 and J.Lo didn't have anything on me but now.......YEAH u got the point. How do i lose it where it needs to be and keep my butt/make it rounder?

all of those work your lower body some and you can still do those forms of cardio but like I said...

Limit this cardio to allow you butt to recover and get bigger so...

You may want to do these types of cardio 3 times a week for less than 30 minutes and/or...

Do you have an arm bike you can use

90% of the time genetics are just an excuse people use not to go after thier goals but yes...

What if you've never had a butt... skinny or fat..... it's always been small,flat, with no "meat". Will these exercises make a significant difference if you were born "without a butt" or have genetics that give you a flat figure?

It's not bad to do cardio - you just have to limit LOWER body cardio if you expect your butt to get rounder and bigger

My family is full of runner's. I love to run and I love eliptical etc.. I have a nice butt right now but I want it to be a little more round @ top. Is it bad to do cardio? Whatever happend to the runner's butt?

My side profile looks good (round and lifted), but it is interesting that buttocks appear flat in different areas of my buttock from the rear--my buttock is uneven so the unevenness needs to be corrected and then my butt needs to be rounder and lifted. The rear view is awful. I do not want to overload with too many workouts. I would prefer to use an exercise that will take care of the problems above. Thanks.

More than likely...

To get a bigger butt - you'll need to use weights/heavier weights and not just bodyweight

my issue is the following.my butt is okay..round but i want it to be upper, lift it i mean , and bigger.i do 3 sets of 20 lunges,1 set of 15 squats with no weight, leg bride, n other exercises.i need exercises that will make my butt work intensely n will puff it out .

do the exercises here that target butt only - pick 1 or 2 of them and do 4 sets of 10-to-20 reps about 2 times a week and for weights...

Just place some light or heavy objects across your lap

Hi Adrian,

I am currently 22, 5'2, 145lbs, with a pretty large behind. Most of my weight is in my behind and thighs, so I'm very curvey but dont look extremly big. However, I want to improve my cardiovascular system,and lose a bit of weight off my arms, my belly, and face. Espec. my belly which I wish was wash board flat. I also wouldnt mind increasing my butt size even more. I just brought a stationary bike and rebounder. How do you suggest I use these items, in conjunction with your workouts to help my areas and get a even bigger butt. Right now, even though my butt is large and I'm in a size 11 jeans, I wear Small-Med sized shirts. I think my butt may be mostly fat cause its not soggy but not really firm. Also, will using my new equipment make me lose the weight including my butt

Hi... thank you for all of your great videos! I currently weigh 132 lbs. and am 5'1. I have a big butt that I once lost before trying to lose weight, and thank God I got it back, lol. Anyhow, I don't want to lose my butt again. I just have a little stomach fat that I would like to get rid of. I actually want to be toned so that I am not giggly.

If I work out and do interval workouts, would that keep my stomach looking fat with muscle? I don't want to have a disgusting look. Would running help? I just do not know what types of workouts to incorportate together. How long should I work out before seeing any types of results?

P.S. I eat healthy and have been staying away from sweets

Honestly, I've grown up in Miami and see women with great bottoms all of the time (at least young ones--it eventually does go south)--and they don't work their butt out one bit. So what gives? Do some women just gain fat in the right places or do they naturally have more muscle there?
