  1. Place your feet just a little wider than shoulder width...
  2. Point your toes out at a 45 degree angle...
  3. Keep your head up & Look straight ahead...
  4. Squat down as deep as you can or until you touch the dumbbells to the floor is the most important...
  5. Push back up thru your heels to activate your butt muscles and...
  6. You can curl your toes up slightly to help you focus on pushing thru your heels and...
  7. Bonus tip: Pause for 2-to-5 seconds at the bottom to better activate your butt muscles to get a better lower body workout...

I started workking out. I was 180 pounds now am 17o. Am happy about the weight loss,but my butt has gotten somewhat smaller. What can i do to make my butt bigger again. I miss my apple butt. HELP.
