i lost some weight and now i have wrinkle on my breast and my breast is smaller and saggy i really need to lose my weight more but i am afraid of getting flat breast please give me some advise and let me know how i can tighten it up and loseing more weigt make it more worse?

I was not able to do pushups so i tried this exercise of yours but still i think i am doing something wrong. I cant keep my back straight. When i try to raise myself up, i go in bit wavy form. Straightening my arms first(my back gets arched, like cobra pose) and then raising my chest and lower body. My lower body, it is like sticks to the floor when i raise my arms.What do i do?
you are doing nothing wrong - just keep doing this exercise and you'll get stronger
Hi, I find that when I'm exercizing, my legs get shakey, especially when I'm on my tipy-toes. What are the mussels I'm ussing when on my tipy-toes, and my legs are about 1 foot apart? and how can I make them stronger so they don't shake?
