I came across you website and find it interesting. I am an indian mother with two kids. Have put on a lot of weight past 6 years, my arms, hips, thighs, carves, breasts flabby, upper lower abdomin. I am 34 years old. Have never ever exercised. Let me the know the entire regime of exercise from the warm up to cool off. I would love to loose alteast 40 kgs. I weigh 80 kgs now. this exercise will firm breast and it won't make the breast tissue bigger but your breast will LOOK BIGGER because they'll be firmer

iT DEPEnds on what your goal is?

If your trying to be able to do one pushup then in the beginning you can do it 3-to-4 times a week and do 4 sets of 5 reps to build strength but...

If you're doing this for chest toning & to make your breast look bigger...

Do it 2 times a week and do 4 sets of 8-to-12 reps

Since I'm not a therapist... the best thing I can do is have you go thru all the breast toning exercises here and all the lower ab exercises here to see for yourself which ones you can do without any discomfort plus you can show a therapist these exercises to check to see if they're okay

I have 3 ruptured disc and some buldging disc so what kind of exercise can I do to life sagging breast and flabby lower abd?
