I am 5'3" and weigh 198 lbs, I am slowly losing weight and would really like to know the best way to make my huge, saggy breasts a lot smaller... What exercises can I do at home to decrease the size of my 38 DDD's?

Hi, I find that when I'm exercizing, my legs get shakey, especially when I'm on my tipy-toes. What are the mussels I'm ussing when on my tipy-toes, and my legs are about 1 foot apart? and how can I make them stronger so they don't shake?
