Please understand that If you have big calf muscles that are mostly muscular - the only thing you can do to reduce your calf size is NOT TRAIN or do any exercises for them and hope they atrophy (shrink) from non-use so...
For cardio workouts - you may want to foucs on swimming and the elliptical machine instead of treadmills or running since they work your calf muscles.
