Hi, I am about to bookmark this site and constantly refer back to it! Thankyou for this information you have provided us with!!!
Well.. this is my deal. For 3 weeks I have quit smoking and started doing 20 squats without weights- cause I don't have any.. then I do 200 crunches, then 20 leg lifts-( but the left side of my hip makes a popping sound) then 20 pushups.
I have had 3 children, i am a pretty petite young woman.. but had a lot of cellulite on my stomach, and my butt dropped completely, of this I am ashamed. I used to have a round butt and since I started working out, it has only gotton worse, it shrunk and got flatter, can you please tell me why this has happened?? I thought my butt was showing improvement at first- not any more, and now my muscles don't hurt when I work out at all... what am I doing wrong?
Thankyou in advance, I apologise for the lengthy message, I just am so confused and have alot to live up to with my husband!

look at this here

the reason why your butt workouts dont work anymore is because NOW your body is ussed it and NOW it's TOO easy for your body so your body has no reason to adapt and GROW and on top of that...

you're not using any weight and I know you may not belong to a gym or own/afford weights but the reality is...

sometimes you're going to need to add ressitnace to make it tougher for your butt to force it to grow.

doing over 12 reps is not really going to do much after a while - would you be able to get weights?

how do i know that im pushing from my heel?

i did this exercise last week and i only felt it in my inner thighs, is my butt still growing if i dont feel it?

will my butt still get bigger if i dont push from my heel if the heel of my upper foot is flat?i need help, thank you

You can curl your toes up when doing this to focus on heels

I do this exercise, and I'm doing it correctly as far as I can tell, but it doesn't feel like it's working out my butt at all, just my thighs. How come?

#1 - try the other butt exercises here

#2 - you could be having bad form and I can't tell but

try pushing from your heels more, use a higher step, and/or pause at the bottom for 2-to-5 seconds

hey i have a problem ... I've always had a problem with my hips and butt ... I have narrow hips and flat butt my wish is to get wide hips and bigger butt but do not know how ... really hope you can help---mit ønske er at får breder hofter og mere runde og større numse
