Well I've been on quite a journey. I'm 5'2 & I purposely gained weight to 139 lbs in hopes of a bigger booty. Well it worked, My butt & hips got quite huge, but now, I've lost weight & I weigh 109lbs & lost my ass as well of course but thats fine because I wanted to rebuild it, I hated how squishy & just plain fat it was, I want a toned- cellulite free firm butt. I've read all your plans, Ive bought e-books & done endless research. I do hill sprints etc & here's my problem, my thighs always burn & get sore after but never my butt, therefore I feel as tho nothing is happening in that area. Is that normal or am I doing something wrong? Also I feel as tho ever since I began working out my butt is getting SMALLER not bigger, is this just the odd mid phase where Im burning the rest of the fat off before I build muscle? Thank you for replying to my question!! If you don't mind me asking another & if you have the time to reply I was wondering with enough dedication to your work out plans & getting enough protein etc. is it possible for anyone to get a quite large bottom? If I keep working those muscles & increasing the reps/weight, will they only continue to get as big as I please? same concept of like what men do to their arms, they just continue to grow & grow, so can glute muscles , right or wrong?
