Do walking lunges to make your flat butt bigger

To build better looking butt, hips, thighs, & hamstrings with lunges...

If you don't have any space to do walking lunges - just do stationary lunges standing in place and if you want to get a bigger but sexier butt do stationary lunges by lunging onto an elevated platform like a box or stack of books.

Do 4 sets of 8-to-12 reps with two 5lb or 10lb dumbbells 2x a week and the ankle weights do nothing (don't use ankle weights) and...

Hey adrian,

Im now trying this exercise it seems i can't do the chair excerise, so i'm going to try this one... question how many reps should i do if i'm using a high step and is a 5lb weight ok to use. Will this give me a bigger butt too?? How many times a week should i do this exercise? Wiould it be more effective if i wore ankle weights well doing this excerise? Thank u ( sorry for all the questions at once)
