hi, as far as my goals, I would like to tighten & tone my back, arms & abs without losing weight. For my lower body, I would like to have bigger & rounder butt, hips & thighs. I'm 5'3'', about 128 lbs, slim build. Every week I do about 5 butt/leg exercises & 5 hip/outer thigh exercises. How can I tweak my routine to help my leg/butt/hip building goals? Thank you so much for your time! AG

Hi Adrian,

I was wondering, what if someone has a big butt already but its kinda fatty and they wanna keep it the same size (or make it bigger) and make it tighter, what workout is good for making that happen?

Thanks, BG
