How to firm up your flabby arms & Stop your arms from jiggling when you wave at people

I want you to look at the video below of a very common exercise most people use to work the back of their arms (triceps)

Notice in the video below how my elbow is fixed at a 90 degree angle at all times.  Most people let their elbow dip and the more your elbow dips the less work your flabby arms get.

And one last thing before you play the video… ONLY MOVE YOUR ELBOW JOINT. Keep your shoulders and wrist joints locked in place.  The more your shoulders and wrist move the less work your flabby arms get.
