I'm trying hardto get fit again like I was in my late high school years. I'm 24 With 36 c chest I wear a size 5-7 I'm about 5'4 and 150 pounds I think. My legs rub togetherI hate it and my stomache is just eww. How do I drop the extra weight and tone it up .
Im 18 and im 5'2 i can also wear a size 0-3 in pant sizez. My bra size is like a 32A or even smaller. People think i look like im 14 because of how small i am. Im just trying to get a shape on me, while gaining a chest and booty.

I'm 12 years old and yes that may sound wierd but I am intelligent and all the teachers like me. People always judge my body so I wanted to prove them wrong. My hips are 30 inches and my waist is 27 inches. How do I make my hips 2 inches bigger and my waist 3 inches smaller. Finally I would like to get a 4-pack and get my but bigger.

I have started walking daily and am doing the laying down with pillow butt exercise as well as the 4 min butt squeeze. Will this combination help me to lift and firm my butt and legs?
I am currently 42-31-42, 32 yrs old. I actually like my body but would like to lose about 15 pounds. I am 5'6 and about 175-178 right now. I like my curves. Since my waist is small my body fat perfcent isnt too too high. I would like to get my waist down to about 27/26 though. I was 36-24-36 before I had 4 kids.
Am I on the right track or do I need to change some things?
Also where can I send a picture? I have a trouble spot I want to ask you about but I think a pic would better explain it.

Okay... A little help please! I'm female, 22 years of age, 5'4" weighting at 198 pounds. When in high school I was very atheletic, I was on the kick boxing team and a cheerleader. I'm a security guard now at an all walking site. At work I'm walking about 6-8 miles a day on unpaved trails up and down hills. I dont eat much and when I do its very healthy! I've tried numours weight loss pills, fat burns and everything and nothing seems to work. I am mostly muscle and part of that is my problem. I want to lose about 55 pounds, that will take me to the weight I was in high school. I have tried (as I said) weight loss pills, diet and extreme exercise. And for some reason everything my doctor says I'm doing right isnt making me or helping me lose the weight. Is there anything else I should be doing or what should I be doing?!

I lost 10 pounds and went down from a size 8 jeans to a 6 but im not really satisfied with the way my butt looks. Its not flat but its not really round either. and i have lost 9kgs since last august!
and well my waist( above my navel) is 31 inches but at my navel is 36
and i feel fat I used to wear a dress size 12 now i wear 10
ok well i have thiscravings after school(i do hockey) and well i eat alot!
but like not much and i feel full as in over full and i drink 2 litres of water a day!
and i wanna loose my love handles as in i want to loose a dress size!
please give me tips what could help me loose atleast 5 kg and what foods could hlp!!
