More toned (but toning up means gaining a little bit of muscle) but basically...
Dont worry - you wont look like a man and
You can lose weight and tone at the same time but if fat is covering your toned muscles then do not expect to "see" results until you lose weight or burned the fat

I just stumbled upon your website. I am trying to build the same body as Renee. Wider hips and a bigger butt. I am 5'5 1/2", 131 lbs. I wear a size 5 pants; Full C-D cup. Without asking any questions, I will follow your advice for Renee: deep squats until knees go to chest to widen hips; and 2100 calorie diet to gain 5-8 lbs while doing butt exercises. My measurements are 34D-28-33. I have narrow hips. Doing an all over workout. I have a proweider nautilus equipment in home and abcissor. Add any advice you'd like, but I will follow Renee's plan. I will get back to you to let you know if it is possible for me to grow a larger behind.

hi mr bryant, I know u probably won't help me because I'm young nd still have plenty of growing to do. However me nd my mother went to the docs a few days ago nd she said I wouldn't grow any more, I'm not sure how she could tell but hey hehe she's the doc. Well getting to the point, I'm 15 135lbs 5'5 and many people tell me my bodys fine but it's just because I have D sized breasts which make everything else look small. I'm very self concious nd would love to a way to make my butt bigger and get leaner althletic looking thighs. The "big" problem is my upper inner thigh (I'm not sure what that's called) I absolutely hate them. Please please please help or at least give me some advice. Thank you soooo much ![]()

I am a 22 year old female weighing 250 lbs and stand 5'6 1/2. Im more top heavy with bigger arms, broad shoulders, busty chest, and smaller at the bottom, no hips, and a small butt. I gain most of my weight on my upper body and waist. I feel like Im built more like a man and wish to get a more hourglass shape like kim kardashian to look more feminine in dresses. as you lose fat - your hourglass will start to develop and as you get real close yo your goal - then you can do other exercises to accentuate your curves
Adrian, im 18 years old and i weigh like 190 lbs. and its all in my upper body. i lost alot of my lower body weight from walking all the time and i wanted to know what i can do to get rid of my belly and get a bigger booty cause im tired of my boyfriend telling me i got a flat pack 
At 190 pounds you still need to also focus on losing weight first but as you lose weight...
you can do 1-to-2 of the butt exercises here for about 3-to-4 sets of 8-to-12 reps as you lose weight and then once you lost all your weight...
you can ramp up your butt building by doing this plan here
Is this just genetically determined? I naturally gain weight in my chest and stomach and back and even when I was really small I never really had a butt. Im 5'2 1/2.. 180 lbs and I want to get down to AT LEAST 140 lbs at least bc even tho the weight number is high, Ive always been fairly muscular and top heavy. If i did this exercise religiously would I actually have a butt like Kims or will it only slightly improve since I never naturally had a big butt? Thanks! 
your butt will get better with exercise but your main focus should be getting down to 140 first

1) What BF% do you think Kim Kardashian is?
2) How much weight (approx.) would I have to lose to lose a dress size (2 inches)? i am 5'3 and 140 lbs
3) Using your exercise and diet advice on this website, approx. how long would it take me to lose 20 lbs?
4) To get down from 33% body fat to 20% body fat, would a weight loss of (fat) 20 lbs be accurate?
5) Finally, is it possible to email you some 'before' pics of myself so you can advise me on my trouble spots? I find its easier to show with a picture what I mean to say, rather than writing it in words. It'll be easier to tell you what i want to achieve.

being a lady - the lowest you want to go is 14% but...
you just got to do the math.
right now you have 47 pounds of fat to = 33%
If you lose 33 pounds of that fat = 13% fat meaning you'll be 110 pounds but also...
You can gain muscle + burn fat and weigh anywhere between 110-to-150 pounds and still look good.

About a year ago I put on around 10 kgs and most of it went to my butt and stomach. I have a curvy figure like Kim K but now the problem is I recently started walking a lot (due to changing jobs) which is making me loose weight only on my lower half (legs, hips and ass) and not on my top half. In an effort to stop my butt from shrinking I have started eating alot and only exercising my stomach but the extra food still seems to be going straight to my stomach and not my butt. Can you please tell me what I should do to stop my butt and hips from shrinking due to all the walking but also to loose a few inches from my stomach. Should I do the hill exercises or will that just shrink my butt even more??? Please help!?

your ass is shrinking because it's fat and as you lose weight - you lose fat so it's going to happen regardless so what you need to do is...
you need to go ahead and lose all the fat you want to lose and do stuff like this for a bigger butt while or after you lose weight to get your butt back
