Hello Adrian,

First off let me say your information is great, keep the info coming! My question is reffering to a leg/butt workout, how many exerices should I do?, 3,4 or 5? Also I notice that you say to do 3 to 4 sets of 8-12 reps, I've seen on other fitness websites(women fitness model)that we should do 3-4 sets of 15 to 21. So which way is better? Thank you.

hello adrain i weighed over 300 lbs and i am 38 yrs of age but now i weigh 200 lbs i have used your dvd and lots of taebo and weights.but i have inner thigh fat in my groin area that i cant seem to lose. Is therer a excercise that i can do to help this problem of mine. and and i love the elliptical workout on your dvd.once i reach my goal i will make sure i send you a pic. thanks for your website.

there is no special exercise to get rid of fat in ONE area and all you need to do is keep doing what you are doing now to lose inner thigh fat or any fat in you body
