How to do squats for a shapely thighs

Workout plan to get shapely thighs doing Squats only...

4 things you must do to get better looking thighs doing squats...

  1. Place your feet no wider than shoulder width...
  2. Don't squat down TOO DEEP and STOP once your thighs or upper legs are parallel to the floor And the 1st time you squat back up - only squat up ½ way and STOP and go right back down to parallel and then...
  3. The 2nd time you squat back up - you stand all the way up for 1 rep and...
  4. You only need to do 8 reps for 3-to-4 sets with light-to-moderate weights and...

Not really but the wider the stance = more hips and butt included while a narrow stance = mostly thighs

Either increase weight, reps or sets and 3 times a week is too much

only 1-2x times a week

Hello Adrian,
Thank you for your time and help!
I go to the gym m-f for 3-4 hours a day, lift weights and do aprox 10-15 mins cardio to warm up. I do squats, lunges, kickbacks, sidekicks, deadlifts, toetaps everything for my butt and really started focusing on it this month. But my butt has only gotten flatter and smaller, I can feel the muscle in there...will it get bigger if I continue to do the same things? Do I need to lose the fat first and then will the muscle grow? Is that why is has gone missing? I have just started to increase the weight more...I want a rounder, more filled out butt like Vida...I am in good shape otherwise just a small gut...and starting to develop more lean muscle everywhere else.

i want to add several inches to my thighs to achieve large shapely muscular thighs. will this exercise help me achieve this look? i'm not fat, i just lack the knowledge of how to increase the size of my thighs. what else would you recommend?

hi, i want to build my upper thighs both inner n outer bigger ie..the upper mass in my thigh. My lower thighs have unusually gone big due to cycling, like bodybuilders have but i want a thigh wide at the top n tapering near the knee .though my lower thighs cannot be made normal back i think so..

You're doing the exercises right and the only way your butt gets smaller thru exercise is if you lose FAT off your butt area when dieting and exercising

CAN I DO THIS EXERCISE (SQUATS FOR SHAPLY THIGHS) the same day when i do the exercise for butt (build a bigger butt faster with this advance butt muscle exercise)
or should i wait a day after? because i feel it in my thighs too when i work on my butt ( i do push fr my heels wen i do d butt exercise, i feel it in my butt & my thighs. is that o.k

If I want a bigger butt AND bigger thighs, is it ok to do this exercise AND the one you suggested for a bigger butt, or should I just do one of them. (Because they are both squats). Will doing both mess up my goal, or is it ok to do them both?

ONE is okay but of course this one FOCUS on butt more and the other FOCUS mainly on thighs
