hi. Im 22 and 5'3. Im 8 stone 5 so not heavy.i eat pretty well,drink lots of water and I exercise loads, cv and weights but i still have fat around my belly button, theres a line like i've worn tight jeans all my life and the fat's just built up on top.then the fat actually looks like it goes in a circle around my belly button, because before my hips my stomach is flat, is horrible and really gets me down. I even paid for personal trainng sessions but didnt really make a difference. Any help would be brilliant.

I am a bridesmaid in my friend's wedding the first weekend of June, and the dress is very snug (I wasn't able to try it on because they didn't have the smaller sizes but they took my measurements and told me the size would fit even though the size they told me had me hesitant). Anyway, I have about six weeks to lose some upperbody fat and tone out in order hopefully have the dress fit nicely instead of snugly.
Would it be possible to perhaps lose 10 pounds or tone out and lose some body fat in six weeks to have a nice fit?

Hey I'm Hannah, I'm 16, I'm 5'5 at 114 pounds. I watched your youtube videos and that led me here. Everyone seems to know what to do for those that need to lose weight quick. But I have two problems. One is I don't want to lose weight too fast that I lose the stretch/elasticity of my skin. So just a bunch of running and starving myself isn't going to work.
Second problem. I physically can not run. It is NOT that I'm that fat, but rather I physically hurt myself. I can not do any exercise that will bounce my breast (as embarrassing as that is) and there is no "supportative bra" my size. So since I haven't been able to do the physical activities that I once did, my body is beginning to become a bit on the heavy side. I'm now 210 and 5'5". Could you please help me? Please. I do not want to become any bigger. And not eatting last only a few days.
