hi. Im 22 and 5'3. Im 8 stone 5 so not heavy.i eat pretty well,drink lots of water and I exercise loads, cv and weights but i still have fat around my belly button, theres a line like i've worn tight jeans all my life and the fat's just built up on top.then the fat actually looks like it goes in a circle around my belly button, because before my hips my stomach is flat, is horrible and really gets me down. I even paid for personal trainng sessions but didnt really make a difference. Any help would be brilliant.

I am a bridesmaid in my friend's wedding the first weekend of June, and the dress is very snug (I wasn't able to try it on because they didn't have the smaller sizes but they took my measurements and told me the size would fit even though the size they told me had me hesitant). Anyway, I have about six weeks to lose some upperbody fat and tone out in order hopefully have the dress fit nicely instead of snugly.

Would it be possible to perhaps lose 10 pounds or tone out and lose some body fat in six weeks to have a nice fit?

Okayy, I am 13 yrs old and I'm not overweight. I have belly flab though and really want to get rid of it. I've tried doing crunches but they just tire me out and I don't see improvement.

Drink at least 1 liter of water a day to help with weight loss but water alone will not help you lose 15 pounds!

I heard water hepls you lose weight, and I wanna know how much I should drink a day to lose 15 pounds.
Plus I play tennis 4 times a week, so that counts as my exercise.

Hey I'm Hannah, I'm 16, I'm 5'5 at 114 pounds. It's not out of shape really but I'm becoming out of shape, I've noticed my arms are starting to gain more flab, my legs have some cellulite and my stomach is flabby even when I flex, and I have no boobs. Hey Adrian I'm about 5'3 and way around 6 or 7 stone is that a good weight for a 12 year old ?
I have like the littlest pot belly i really would like to have a flat tummy. I am always outside hanging about with my friends and being really active .. somtimes i do sit ups and press ups but how many should i do to on a reagular bases ?
I have shaped legs but not like massive they are actually really slim for shaped legs is it attractive to have legs like that instead of really skinny legs ?

I'm Peyton, I'm a fourteen year old girl. I'm 147 and 5'6". I'm by no means over weight, I'm very athletic, I play on a select basketball team. I'm built, and have always been really muscular. Although, below my belly button, it's not flat. It's almost a small pack of fat so to speak! How can i get rid of this and quickly get a toned and fit stomach?

First, lemme thank you for making this site free for middle-classers like me...

I am 28 and I weigh 60 Kgs and I am 5'5 tall. I used to be 55 Kgs until four months ago, and now this extra 5 kilos are making me really sick. I hate my figure now. I have lost my sexy curves and my flat tummy. I have big butts and a flabby stomach now and fatter thighs.....
As I'm a full time housewife, I dont get much time for exercising. But I do rope skipping/jumping for half an hour every morning. Adrian, can you honestly tell me if skipping will actually help me reduce weight? Some people say it affect the uterus and affects pregnancy possibilities. IS that true??!! This is the easiest I can do daily. Can you show me the proper way of rope skipping?

the rope skipping will help and I never heard of jump roping affecting the uterus (but i'm not an expert on that) but...

TO lose your last bit of weight - you just need to make whatever you are doing more intense to burn off those last few pounds but...

this plan here is made to lose last 5kg and...

Hello Sir, I m 29 yrs old married with one kid ,my problem is i m obese my weight is 160 lbs and my hieght is 157 cm . I have to tell you, watching your videos about getting a bigger chest and arms are really helping me. I can see results already. My arms are bigger and my body looks even better than it did before. I'm doing the calf exercise and that works as well. You've made me feel stronger; i'm 16 so I wanna look good for my senior year. Your the man Adrian Bryant.
