Thanks for this video, Adrian. I started last week using the band exercises for 3 minutes as Denise instructed and boy I could really feel the burn in my back and shoulder muscles. I normally lift about 20lbs dumbbells for my back but the band gives you constant tension and going from one exercise to the next with no rest is more challenging than I thought possible. I'll keep you posted...got a dress I want to get into for an event and need to tone up my back and chest.
