Do this workout to get a 'bootylicious' butt like Beyonce without doing squats & lunges

1. Single Leg Butt Bridge
Hold for 30-60 seconds and then do 15 more reps lowering your butt up & down off the floor.

Watch this short video to see how to do the single leg butt bridge correctly.

After you've done this exercise go on to the next exercise without resting.

2. Single Leg Rocking Dead lift
Do 10-15 reps on the same leg you worked in the Single leg butt bridge.

After you've done this exercise go on to the next exercise without resting.

3. Elevated "high" Step-ups
Do 8-12 reps holding two 10lb. (or more) dumbbells.

After you've done this exercise - switch legs and start the butt workout over.

The best thing I can do is advise you to show a therapist the exercises on my site and ask them if they are okay for you to do.

Different things work for different people but generally...

If you're trying to increase your butt size The j-lo butt workout or the... jessica Biel butt workout will do fine.

I have been watching some of your videos and found they are the easiest I've seen. I'm working on the flabby arms. I had a spinal fusion with a lot of hardware in L5-S1 8 mos. ago (Aug. 17, 2007). I need advice on exercises that will not hurt my lower back.

Do Jennifer Lopez butt workout plan but instead of doing the Single Leg Butt Bridge... Do the At-home hyperextensions with at least 10-to-15 pounds

Try this and see what happens after about 2 weeks and tell me if this helps - if not - contact me and I'll see if I can figure out another solution to your problem

Hello. First of all, thank you for your site. My problem is mainly my lower butt area. The upper "padding" of my butt is nice and round and firm. I wish I could have said that about the lower half. From the back, my butt looks nice and round, but from the side, the lower half isn't. What exercise can I do to lift this part?

You'd be better off doing either the jessica biel workout here: or the j-lo butt workout here -  the beyonce workout is meant to help women build nicer looking butts without adding too much size

The "Beyonce butt workout" doesn't require you to do bulgarian squats and the bulgarian squat exercsie will still work your butt even if your knees can't touch the floor - just try to come down as far as you can

im 5'2 and i cant do thebulgarian squats with a chair because my knees wont touch the floor. are there any other ways to get a butt like beyonce that arent impossible for a short person??

hey,i'm 15 years old my height is 5,7 and weight is 150 lbs.hm my booty is not really sticks out but it's quite big.i want 2 make it more shape n mayb even put sm muscles on it)n also make ma waist look more narrow...umm also i can say dat i already workin on it by dancin rnb and strip but wanna get more results...mayb u can help me wit sm special exersizes?thanx anyway=)

Hi! I have really have enjoyed your website. I have been trying to lose weight for sometime now. I am 29 years old, 4'6", and 225lbs. So far I have lost 20 lbs and I have 100 lbs to go. hey, okay this is a little awkward but ima do it anyway.
okay im 16 right and my body shape is so weird idk wat ta do.
im 5'4 uhm 132 lbs and my waist looks like a box...a sqaure perhaps. and my behind isnt flat but its small. :[
