I had a baby and gained about 40lbs through out the pregnancy, current weight today is 170lbs and I am 5'2. I am naturally a thick girl, big booty thick legs and little waist. But since gaining that weight I am unclear on what workouts to do to remain thick, don't want to lose the butt, I would even want to make it thicker yet toned, but I want to go back down to 125-130lbs. My overall goal is to remain thick, yet have a tight 4 pack abs and toned arms and thighs with of course a big booty. N I repeat that b/c I have ran into so many personal trainers who don't get that I don't want to b sum skinny chick. What should I do??!! I have really been carrying the weight in my arms, belly and thighs. I don't know how much cardio and weight training I should be doing. Feeling confused and hopeless! :/ PLEASE HELP!

Hello Adrian. I've gotten some pretty good results so far. But on Friday I was up to 140lbs and ended up stopping in the middle of it.(2nd attempt) Remember when I told you that I put weights in a storage container because I didn't have those huge weights?? Well I noticed it's getting harder and harder to do it that way. Lifting is a struggle but that's not the problem, it's as I go back down. When I go down the weight leans on my chest and it's hard for me to slide my legs far enough to support it. I was thinking about buying 200lbs but it would just take up more space and I think I might need some help now. Should I go to a gym?? I thought I would be done by 160lbs but now i'm considering going up to 180-200lbs. Not that my butt isn't nice and thick because I can definitely see the difference(my butt is poking out now and I can easily see the curve of my waist to my hips) but I still don't like the way I look in some clothes especially skirts and some jeans. I want my hips to be noticeably wider than normal and my butt to poke out even more and if going to a gym will help me get that than i'm ready. My hips have always been wide but I notice every time I measure them they are the same inches. Is that because I was using alot of small weights together and wasn't using heavier weights?? please help me with the hip problem cause I want to gain atleast 2-4 inches. Thank you!

in your case it would definitely be better to join a gym instead of using that money for a weight set

I had a baby 7months ago, I'm 5'9, 155lbs and I've always had a high big bubble but for my slim shape. since I had my son I still have all the thickness in my but because I can grab a hand full and lift it. But it's just very low!! which workout would help me with the best results?

Hi, Adrian.

I am bottom heavy and curvy which I do like and even with losing weight would like to keep some curves & butt and make them better. I have been dieting a little & exercising a lot and lost a total of 13lbs so far..but it is taking a lot longer than I had hoped. I noticed my butt is getting smaller since I am losing some fat but nothing else is shrinking. Even though I still have a high body fat% can I start building muscle now with your butt workouts? & when you say eat 1200-2000 a day is that counted before or after I burn during cardio (interval training). I have been eating almost 1600 cals per day but after the # of cals I burn through exercise it is about 1200 or less.

April 04, 2013

Adrian Bryant

the 1200-to-2000 is before cardio but you shouldn't ever count it like that and yes, it's okay to start getting a bigger butt now

April 05, 2013

Amy

Thanks. Also, I do my last workout very late at night..like 11:30pm is it ok that I eat dinner around 9pm since I go to gym afterwards?

April 08, 2013

Adrian Bryant

yes, that's okay

Sorry one more thing does it matter if I do the same work out every time or should I rotate through them? Also will these workouts get me muscular toned legs as well or will I have to add additional days for that?

Thanks :)

March 28, 2013

Adrian Bryant

I would stick to the same exercises for 4-6 weeks before switching. the beyonce workout on this page is for the butt only. use my other butt workouts to include the thighs as well

Hi Adrian,

Which butt work out will get me the biggest butt?
Also you say to only do but work outs 1-2 times per week. Once I get to desired results do I continue on the same program to maintain? Also is it ok to add in 2 45 min cardio work outs on the off days? Im looking to loose 5 pounds of fat on my mid section so my abs will be more noticeable.I am 5'9 160 pounds. Measurements 37 bust -29 waist- 41 hips.

Thanks :) your site is great!

no butt workout is better than the other so whatever will fit your lifestyle is the best for you.

cardio is okay

Hey. I have heard a lot about the single leg deadlifts really working out the gluetus maximus, which is supposed to make your butt bigger. My question is, one of my butt cheeks is smaller (left) And I'm trying to work on only that side at this point. With doing this exercise, what leg do i keep on the ground to work my left side. Or does it work both sides equally?

March 21, 2013

Adrian Bryant

keep left leg on the ground to work the left leg

Hey Adrian! Just giving you an update on my progress. I did my workout 2-3 weeks ago and I gotta admit I look great! My hips are wide and shapely, my butt and thighs is very thick and bubble shaped. I also been tryna reduce my waistline by eating walnuts and drinking green tea with lemon everyday.(idk if it works for everyone but it helps alot for me) My recent workout was 120lbs and it was the hardest i've done so far. I had to do 8 reps each set instead of my usual 10 and i felt REALLY sore for a couple days, but it was definitely worth it! I've been active and walking around too so i think that also helps to keep me in shape. Even though i really love how i look i want to try 20 more lbs, maybe 40.I add 10lbs every workout so I'll give you an update every 20lbs.Thanks for all the advice and encouragement you been giving me even though sometimes i wanted to give up!!

Hello Adrian,

I would like to say that I find your site interesting and fascinating!
I have some questions, I want to do the exercises;
Butt bridge
Dumbbell Squats

But I've only weights of 1.5, 3 and 5 KG in house.
All weights times 2 ... maybe I 2 weights simultaneously?
Can I still do the exercises?
I do not want to burn fat giver .. but only my muscle in the buttocks increase.
I am very motivated!

Greetings from Marieke from Netherlands

you're better off with this plan here because I'm sure you can do WAY more than 12 reps with those light weights

Hey Adrian,
I just had a baby about 9 months ago and was looking into the beyonce butt workout I had a c section and I'm not sure which would be the most effective and safest to do. I also have a pudgy lower belly fat that I would like to get rid of and inner thigh fat what do you recommend for diet and exercising? I am about 5'1 and 130lbs.

Hi Adrian,

Me again and expect more and more questions because am now addicted to training and the result is just what I want to see. Now I measure myself every morning and weigh myself once in a while..I I weighed myself last week and found that am now at 60kgs or 132lbs. my measurements are thighs 23inches and 22inches remember my left thigh is smaller that you can't notice it only I can. my burst is 34inches, my waist is 25.5inches and my hips is at 40inches. you notice the reduction in all my body. tell me I want to know my fat percentage my height is 5.6. and I must continue working out because I love it. what I want to increase is the 40 to 44 or even more. tell me of a different workout I can do or should I continue with the once on this page?..weighted butt bridge majorly, I tried lunges and squats and I could barely walk. I really want to increase that 40..

Thanks so much. your workout plan is the best.

Regards
Tamanda.

Alex

Hi Adrian,

I naturally have a pretty decent sized butt, but I really want to tone and lift it while filling it out a little with muscle. So I want it bigger and more toned, but not smaller. Other programs like Brazil Butt Lift made me suspicious because I could see that the exercises were for burning fat and building lean muscle, not building the muscle larger and toning at the same time like I want. I know that using weight will help my butt get bigger, but I'm very worried that my legs will grow bigger too (which I DON'T want). So the workout I would want is the Beyonce workout right? I see how the exercises in it, like the hip thrust, will help build my butt muscle, but are you sure doing bridges and hip thrusts won't make my butt bigger also, since you have to lift yourself up and the added weight with your legs too? I'm not trying to criticize you or anything I just would be reassured if you could explain to me how my legs wouldn't be bigger also? If they would really only make my butt bigger it would be amazing! Thank you for your input and your hard work!

Alex

Alex

Also, I prefer to workout at home and don't have any weights here, so I would probably do a lot of one-legged versions of the exercises with half the weight, so my legs wouldn't get bigger doing that version either right?
Sorry that I'm asking a lot of questions about this I just haven't been able to get a straight, confident answer on whether I can make my butt bigger without my legs getting bigger. :/
Thank you again!

Alex

January 19, 2013

Adrian Bryant

yes, they work the butt only and the only way FOR YOU TO BE 100% sure that it does is to try the exercise to see for yourself

January 20, 2013

Megan

I started this workout yesterday. Should my butt be sore and if not does that mean I'm not using enough weight? Also I wanted to clarify are we only to do one of the exercises pictured above?

January 10, 2013

Adrian Bryant

yes. pick one exercise.

what exercise did you pick and how many sets and reps did you do

January 10, 2013

Megan

I did the weighted butt bridge. 4 sets of 12 reps with 65lbs. I'm 5'4 130lbs and I don't exercise regularly.

January 10, 2013

Adrian Bryant

that's okay for a first workout but if you can you want to try to increase the weight and lower the reps on each set (or keep the same reps per set if you can)

January 10, 2013

Tamanda

Hi Adrian,

I look gorgeous with my new look, but I don't know if this is a problem or its just normal. My thighs are 24inches and 23 inches but it does bother me. now my hips and butt is 39inches I don't know if am measuring the wrong way but is it normal or should my butt be more inches? 2nd I recently weighed myself and am 64.8kgs or 141lbs so I don't know if its ok.. or there is something wrong with my measurements and weight. finally I look so good but I want my butt to protrude more..help me.

Thanks in Advance.

Regards
Tamanda

January 05, 2013

Adrian Bryant

I don't really see any problems but if you want a bigger butt that protrudes even more you'll simply need to keep getting a bigger & stronger butt by doing butt workouts by progressively using more weight, reps and/or sets

January 05, 2013

Tamanda

Thanks Adrian,

If I was to increase the reps and the sets and still maintain the same weight is it ok and progressive? and as for me for my Butt I do only weighted butt bridge and sometimes squats but mostly butt bridge is it ok or should I change?

Thanks again.

January 07, 2013

Adrian Bryant

your workout is fine but once you get to a point where you can do 12+ reps per set then it is time for you to increase the weight

Hey Adrian,
I'm pretty active with sports and I'm already pretty fit. However, I'm in the progress of getting more fit. I am 17 years old, 4'11, and about 97 pounds..my problem is I have curves( my bum and hips) but I want to get curvier in those areas..is this possible? How can I do this? Thanks!

January 04, 2013

megan

My concern is my body is naturally slim and I won't get the curves I want

January 04, 2013

you can do it by following the plan on this page

Hi Adrian,

I am confused. I am 5'2 weigh 127 pounds, flat belly with a a bum larger than my size. However I want to get fit, not lose weight and build my butt at the same time.Where is the cardio element to this? Is this possible? And once you get the desired results - do you continue with the exercises or no?

I am confused. Thanks in advance.

December 29, 2012

Adrian Bryant

these workouts will make you fit and after you get the desired result just don't become TOO LAZY and never workout again.

Yes, you have to do maintanence work but not as often to keep what you have

December 31, 2012

jada

Hey Adrian, just wanted to give you an update on my results. I worked out last week,(i think on monday or tuesday) I did 4 sets of 10 reps of hip thrusts with 100lbs. It was way harder than i thought it would be but i made it through. A few days later i noticed my butt was alot thicker and juicy and my hips were curvier. I really like the results i'm seeing but i wanna gain alittle more. I'm not really sure how much more weights i'll need but from the results I got from using 100lbs, I think I'll need 20 - 40lbs to get exactly what i want. I used to write down my measurements and i noticed that i gained 4-5 inches on my waist, do you have a specific exercise that can reduce my waist back down?? I think my body would look more curvy if my waist was alittle smaller. Is it also possible to gain maybe 2 - 4 inches on my hips?? And when i am done exercising for a while how can i keep my butt and hips the way they are?? (they seem to shrink alittle after a while.) I know it won't be easy at all with that much weight, but i'm willing to do what ever it takes to get the body i want!! Thank you, I always appreciate the advice!!

December 29, 2012

Adrian Bryant

what is your weight and height again? smaller waist - losing belly fat. yes- you can gain more inches on hips & butt. TO maintain what you got = YOu don't get too lazy and let your butt sagg

December 29, 2012

jada

i am 5'5 and 150lbs now

December 31, 2012

Tamanda

Am training and in deed I love what my body says. Now if you asked me.. for real your workout routines work. my problem is like Jada's.. My body especially my butt and hips keep increasing and decreasing reason I can't tell. am at 36 26 39 now. sometimes my hips get to 41 then later 40 now am at 39. what will help me out....should I take whey or what is the way to keep that 40inch.

Thanks Adrian.

December 27, 2012

Adrian Bryant

whey helps but getting enough protein is the key along with doing the workout on this page
