Oh yeah ...I do have a question for now ... post pregnancy I feel my tail bone sticks out a bit. It isn't that big of a bother and it's probably because my butt needs a lift or something ... my back has that s curve, see, so if my butt suddenly goes downhill it looks a bit weird ... but any tips on this? I need advice. I'm 25 and mother to a one year old. Pre pregnancy I had the perfect butt. You know the sort that looks good in jeans. I'm 5'9.5" ... my waist is 26" and my butt is generally 37. After I had my baby, I had a 40" butt but I lost all the baby weight from breastfeeding (I did nothing else). It went to 34" and it became less firm and wasn't that 'right shape' anymore. =( Now I'm feeding my kid only at nights and my butt is 37" (I'm measuring like they say ... from the most elavated part ... heh ... I'm not aware of any other ways) again but it just doesn't look like it used to before ... I think I need a slight lift or something, i.e, when I clench my butt, it looks something like it should. I've had pretty bad post natal depression and now that I'm recovering, I just want to take charge of things. Could you please recommend a suitable work out for me? And also tell me how long will it take to see results ... I'd like to know if what I'm doing is working for me. I would love fast results but of course, fast isn't always possible.

I'm 24 years old and 5'7. My measurements are 39-34-42 and I'm 171lbs. I've been in the gym and changing my eating habits for months trying to get rid of excess fat. I resorted to a weight loss pill (Hydroxicut) about a month and a half ago to help me because I only lost 2lbs after the first three months.

The "Beyonce butt workout" doesn't require you to do bulgarian squats and the bulgarian squat exercsie will still work your butt even if your knees can't touch the floor - just try to come down as far as you can

For a couple of your videos, it would really helpful if we could see your demonstrators in shorts instead of long pants. I need to see if his knee is locked, or if he is bending it during the exercise. This is especially true with the Romanian deadlifts. I've seen so many versions of deadlifts that it's making me crazy. Some say to lock your knees and keep your legs straight while bending while others seem to allow you to bend your knees while you touch your weight to the floor.....
