Hello, if I do just the workout without the diet would it still help. I mean I don't have a good eating habit. I eat only two meals a day and drink soda most of the time and eat a lot chips to. I'm skinny but I don't have muchof a figure.and no butt its annoying to have a wide butt but its flat. What should I do?

Its me again, I started doing the workouts on this page and even included squats.. well my body looks great and I love it very much. my problem is when I started the workouts I was 34burst - 29waist - 40hips..but since have been doing this workouts in the evening but rest on intervals mostly including weights something has gone wrong...am now 34burst - 28waist - 39 hips. what is happening or is there something am doing wrong...my expected end result is a bigger butt with curvy hips and a very small waist...what do I do?

you've lost an inch off your waist so here's the good news and the GOOD news about this...
The good news is that you lost fat all over your body (including the hip area) which made your waist smaller and losing the fat all over helps accentuate your curves making them look bigger even though you also lost an inch off your hips but...
If gaining inches on the tape for your hips is still a concern then just simply stick with this butt building plan and you will build back the inches you lost off your hips by building bigger more curvier hip muscles

Hi Adrian, I'm 23, 5'4 and weigh 123lbs and I have an 8hr desk job working 40hrs a week. I have been working out about 2 times a week for a few months now and have lost a lot of weight, also due to my healthy eating. I feel since I lost all this weight that my "assets" have gotten smaller. I did these exercises about 2 weeks and noticed a big change, though I stopped for about 2 weeks and I feel like I am back to where I started. How do I keep this up?

Hi Adrian. I'm 15, 5'6 and I think 148 or 150 something pounds.. My body is slim kinda like I only have a tummy..I'm working on losing weight and getting toned but here's the thing my butt is really flat and flabby will these butt workouts really do something? :( I feel like my butt will never change.

I was doing 9(12 rep) of butt bridge, single leg deadlift & 12(12 rep)squat 2 times a week for the past 3 weeks. I started with 10lb now I use 20 lb weight.I'll keep increasing the weight.My goal is to get my but bigger & rounder. my hip now measures 38 in. my waist is in good shape(26-28 in). I weight about 100 lb & 5 ft so I think I have to gain some weight (in form of muscle) probably 10-13 lb, which I want most of it to be for my butt. since I started to gain weight my belly size has increased a little, should I be worried about that?I want to meet my goal in 4 months including the resting time.The problem I have is that my butt on the side is like a dimple!!!The very back is getting better & lifted but the side look empty & make my butt look narrow.I think I should focus on making it round,right? How should I improve my exercise to see result fast on the side part of my butt? more rep, different exercise......

Could you tell me what your weight & height is now along with how many calories you are eating plus...
Are you including enough protein in your diet? and...
Are you only using 20 pounds for the butt bridge? if so then that is NOT enough unless you are very weak

First thank you for your quick responce.
Now, I weight 100 lbs & my height is 5 fts (shorty). My cultural food doesn't incorporate that much protein rich foods so I'm using protein shake called Elite Gourmet. I really like to change this shake (doesn't taste good). Do you have any suggestion? I try to get 1-1.5% of my body weight protein as you suggested on your website. Since I don't have access to weight(gym) I use my back pack with some weight in it. Now, 20lb is light for me so I'll increase the weight, but as you guessed I'm very weak person who never ever exercised until recently to look good naked from my back. I'm very determined to work hard, be active & make change in my life.

i have a weird body shape because i'm a slightly slim pear shape but with a small pot belly. My left side hip is curvier and my left butt cheek is bigger. Whereas my right hip is not as big and my right butt cheek is smaller. So i was wondering what butt workout would be best for me to do for a bigger lifted and rounder butt, bigger hips and thicker thighs. I also want to balance the imbalance in my hips and butt so should I increase the resistance or reps on my weaker side to make it as strong as my left butt cheek? Also what should i eat to help the muscles grow fast because although i gain weight in my booty, i also unfortunately gain weight in my belly so what should i eat or do to get rid of my pot belly as well??

Hey Adrian, jada again. It's been about a month since i started the beyonce workout. At first i was kinda sceptical but after weeks of exercising and eating the diet i noticed my butt getting bigger!! After another month or 2 I'll be fully satisfied. I know you said that the workout helps the hips get bigger too but are there any exercises that are mainly focused on them or do i just keep doing the workout and see how that goes? My hips are wide but my waist isn't small so i want them atleast 1 or 2 inches wider on each side. Help please!!

I'm 17 and I weigh only 97 pounds which is really disgusting for me. I'm hoping to just gain some weight to be at least 117-123 and I would like to have a bigger butt and wider hips.
