hi...im underweight but want a FULL booty, chest, and thighs.. budt no stomach...i weigh 102 and im 5'5...a pharmacist recommended meh 2 try muscule juice 2600... i will still b on dis workout plan plus me other sports... budt im scared it will make me gain 2 much weight....i wnt a kim k, beyonce, or jlo body, not 2 wiegh 140! how will the muscule juice affect me?

hi adrian, i have followed the jlo workout for 4 months. i had great and fast results. but now i think i over did it because combined with a little weight loss i lost half inch from my butt. should i stop the workout for a while and gain back the weight? my plan is to continue lifting weights for the upper body so the weight doesn't go there and goes to my lower, wdyt. thanks so much you helped me change my body!

you're not doing anything wrong and if I were you I would keep doing the weight loss plan until you reached your goal but realize if you do continue to lose any inches off your butt it will be only the fat that was around your butt and after you reached your weight loss goal you can then build your butt back up again

Im 5'5" and weigh about 120. Im trin to gain a bigger booty and nicer curvier hips.. I had lost alot of weight over the summer and with me having high motabalisum its hard for me to gain my weight so now I have been eating more then usual and starting to gain the weight not as fast as I would like but at the same time I want it to go in the right places too.. Hii , I'm 5"1' and 104 pounds with a VERY high metabolism. It seems like everything I eat goes NOWHERE even if I eat protein bars or drink protein shakes it still doesn't help.. I'm toooo scare to do any type of work out on my butt because I always thought working out makes you lose weight.. I've even considered taking pills claiming to help you GAIN weight because that's how hard it is for me to gain any the "natural" way .. Does the Kim K 4 minute workout really help u gain anything? How much more would I have to eat or what kind of workout would work for MY body type?

Hey I use to weight 163 I'm 5'4 I now weight about 145 ... I can see all the weight loss in my shoulders, face legs butt etc but my stomach stays flappy... N it's looks horrible..
