Workout plan to get a bigger butt like Jennifer Lopez...

In Week 1...

  1. Warm-up for 5-to-10 minutes by jogging or fast-pace walking and then Do another 5-to-15 minutes of dynamic stretching and then...
  2. Do 5-to-7 50-to-100 yard hill sprints, Rest for 10-to-20 minutes and then do 5-to-7 more 50-to-100 yard hill sprints and...
  3. After you do each sprint, walk back down the hill and rest no longer than 3 minutes and...

Do this hill sprint workout 1-to-2 times a week during week 1 (pick any 1-to-2 nonconsecutive days of week 1 to do this workout) and to get bigger butt each time you do this hill sprint workout...

If you don't have any hills...

In Week 2...

Do 4-to-6 sets of 6-to-12 reps of ONE of these 3 exercises...

  1. Hip/Butt Thrust
  2. Butt Bridge
  3. Single Leg DeadLifts and After you've done 1 of these 3 Bigger butt exercises...

Do 4-to-6 sets of 6-to-12 reps of ONE of the these 6 butt exercises...

  1. How to do Leg press for a bigger butt
  2. Elevated Lunges for making your flat butt bigger
  3. How to do squats for a bigger butt
  4. How to do walking lunges for hips, thighs & butt
  5. Dumbbell Squats at home for a bigger butt
  6. Doing Bulgarian squats to make your butt bigger & less flat and...

Do this butt workout 1-to-2 times a week during week 2 (pick any 1-to-2 nonconsecutive days of week 2 to do this workout) and doing these butt workouts more than 1-to-2 times a week on either weeks 1 or 2 will not make you get a bigger butt any faster and...

On Week 3...

Repeat weeks 1-thru-2 until you get a butt like Jennifer Lopez and...

do this if you have no hills but...

you keep doing this until you get the results you want and you should do this Once evey 1-2 months to maintian size

ok so i jus started the workout today and i feel that it may be working, also i run a lot for cheer and track practice so im wondering if the running will affect my results and i also would like to kno how long u think it will take for me to put on about 2 inches of muscle onto my butt and thighs??? plz help asap. (i want to make sure this is the right thing for me)

the main thing you need to do is beat your last workout by making it tougher than the last workout by using heavier weights and doing more reps but...

the running may or may not hurt you because i dont how fast your body can recover so if you get great results and still run then keep running but if not then you need to lay off the running

Hi. I already have a rather large'ish butt + I don't want to lose it, not an inch of it, so what exercises can I do that will lift + firm my butt + even make it a bit bigger without losing any of it? I'm also starting ballet soon, so I'm worried about losing my curves. Will your work out tips work for keeping my shape even while dancing?

Okay heres my problem ,I really need help. I have no nothing butt hips or thighs. I want to do your workouts,really they seem helpful. Hi Adrian, started with the power plate exercises couple of weeks ago and i love it(its really toning up my legs and arms),but not so much my bum!!!i would love to get a bigger and harder bum(it is already quite ok,but not as firm as i would like it to have).The question is,can i add your program to my power plate regime(i m doing 30 min classes 3 to 4 times a week),or would it be "contra productive"???

here's the quick answer (casue i got 100's of others to answer)...

you can do both at the same time but if you're not getting or noticing any difference after 4-6 weeks then you MAY have to cut out the other class but also...you could not be seeing results due to other factors

i have a 36(cm) butt and i am pretty happy with it,and i still continue doing your butt workouts,i have big nice toned tights n average hips,but the problem is that I HAVE NO SIDE ASS.I look really odd in tight dresses since my body looks hollow as i have no side ass and i look all perky from the back.So can you please recommend me particular exercises which will help me grow side ass and make me look attractive in dresses?

I have a park close to where I live, however, the hills are not close to 50 yards, will smaller hills work? If so how many sprints should I do?

you can do the same number of sprints but the problem is that you will quickly get used to "short" sprints so in that case...

you'll be better off doing this plan here

1. If I sit down or sleep on my back will my butt be flattened?
2. I tried about 3 sets of 50 Hip/Butt Trust Exercises, I felt some pressure on my butt. However there was way more pressure on my thighs. Am I doing it right?

Yes as far as doing the exercise correctly but doing 50 reps will probably only firm up and round out your butt making it look better BUT it wont get that much big if you do it without using any extra weights

Hi! I love this site. I have a question: I'm 15 and I can say I have some butt, but I would like to increase my butt size just a little more. My weight is 60 kg and my height's 162 my measurements are 89 from breast, 67 from waist and 103 from hips (cm). The problem is that I have no muscle at all so if I loose weight I will loose but, right? In august, I'll start ballet classes and I also will do some cardio ( running) and your butt excecises. With that routine, will I loose weight and increase my butt size, or will I loose weight and butt? And another question: I have this walking machine which you can add a lot of inclination, does it works as hill sprint? Thank you!

Hi! I play a lot of volleyball and im working on getting bigger thighs and a bigger butt. Im 5'10 and im fairly big-boned. Ive been doing squats, lunges, running up hills some-what consistantly and have been getting good results. But i want to speed up the results and make it more noticable.

I just wanna know, is there a certain point when your muscles stop getting bigger? And also, my family is big boned but no big butts, is there hope for me?

should be mainly in the butt area

are you using any extra weight with the thrust?

are you pushing from your heels?

are you pausing at the bottom for 1-to-2 seconds after each rep?

it starts working right away- that is IF...

you make your workouts instense by using the right weights and by TRULY sprinting up a hill as if a DOG is chasing you

i am a str8 stick no thighs or butt it gives me the chills looking st my body i want it to be better before i go back to school. as of now my thighs are 18 and my butt is 33...i have a problem accessing weight i know your going to tell me to find some or go to a gym lol. but i will find some creative way to do butt. will the jlo butt work out give me bigger thighs.? im really curious abour sprinting up hill wont that decrease my thiighs? thank you so much your amazing

look at this but the only way you will lose anything is if you are overweight and it sounds like with you that is not the case

OK so i just had a baby 8 months ago.. i stayed thin during my pregnancy.. Pre pregnancy i had a nice toned "big" butt.. after my baby my butt went completely flat!
