An easy arm toning exercise

Use 5-to-12 pounds weights for 8-to-12 reps but up the weight once it gets too easy

you said use light weights for toning, and heavier weight to build muscles, I want alittle bit of just toning, I want muscles!!!!!but not manly muscles, im using 5 pounds dumbells , is that good?
