Whenever this workout gets too hard - just pull your hands in closer to your body and... Please don't think you can get a great six pack from only doing this exercise so...
You MUST burn off enough belly fat so you can see your Great abs so...
I suggest crunches for everyone i am 14, 2 months ago i was 180lbs, im a track athlete for 100M so i had to lose alot ,I lost 50 pounds & I GOT A 4 PACK

I am 14 years old, 5' 8" 9% body fat at 153 pounds but i dont look muscular is it just that my muscles are not really developed?

You do 1 hold for 45-to-90 seconds and if you don't "feel it" in your abs - place your hands out farther away from your body to make exercise harder

hey ..
Am 5feet 7" tall and weigh about 134 pounds ... am 21 yrs old and have trying abdominal plank ... when u mentioned in your fast weight loss program 1# "hold it for 45-90 seconds" do u mean do as many as it takes to make 90 sec. total ... or one hold for 90 sec. ??
and if it is just one hold for 90 sec. how many of those am I to do?
and I did couple of holds for over 45 sec. and I did find it a good workout .. but am not able to feel anything in my abs ... i checked the video again and am not doing it wrong... do i need to give it time to feel it ..???
