I had 4th baby 4months before via c sec.I'm 33 height 5.5" and weigh 80 kg I was normal before 1st baby.my belly is still same when i was pregnant.I'm trying to lose weight.ive changed all my diet no suger no oily faty things now..my morning starts with drinking lemon in water then one cup black coffee then some fruit cucumber n grill chicken piece around 12:30afternoon and around 4pm evening I drink cup of green tea plenty water during day n in evening at 7pm I eat dinner fish grill piece with salad ..at night I take green tea again.I'm ok with this .I dnt feel much hungry but I'm doing this nearly 2weeks but weighing same 80kg what should I do ?like any changes in my routine or I should continue this.plz give me any advise

hello!! I had 3 c-sections, first was in 2000, second in 2002 and third in 2003. Before my operations I was 75 kg with 170.18 cm height and now I weight about 96 kg and I also suffer from back aches, knee aches, leg pain. I cannot stand for more than 30 min. but my doctor says that if I keep sitting for long, I may become a patient of arthritis. Can you help me and suggest me that how can I lose weight?

Hi before I get pregnant for my second baby my weight is 125, when I delivered my baby boy on AUGUST 5, 2015 via caesarean section because of pree-clampsia I weighed 160, after he turned 3 months he stopped breast feeding and I ate A lot of rice a day and now that his 5 months I looked into the mirror and I saw my body gets fatter everyday now my right hips sometimes hurt Then I started googling what might be the caused so I've decided starting tomorrow I will do some exercise and eat less.. Hi. I am 33 i had a c section a 15 months ago and also another c section 4 months ago. I am 5'4 and at my heavest ever at 250 pounds. I have always been up and down with my weight but never this heavy. Right before i got pregnant rhe 1st time i was at 170 and then gained 60 pounds. I lost 30 then gained it back and just kept going it seems. I do have a bad knee that limits me to alot of exercies and cant walk for long periods of time. I hate how i look now.
