Hi. I am 33 and have had a c section back in sept 2014. It was my second baby. It's been one and a half year now.. I remained in shape for about 6 months but right after lactation period, I started gaining weight. I now have love handles, belly fat, back fat, and even my thighs get rashes sometimes due to excess fat I guess. I am 5'3" and weigh around 67 kg ( it keeps fluctuating between 66 and 68). Hi! :) i had my first baby via csection 15 months ago. I was 140lbs pre-pregnancy (im 4'11') but gained alot (mostly water/swelling) and was 210 when i had her. I am currently 153. I had a c section November the 6th 2015 22 at the time now 23.... This was my first pregnancy ... Previous to being pregnant I always had a flat tummy and weight never changed from 6st 13 lbs (I'm 5ft) always have been able to eat what I want and not worry and since the c section I seem to be gaining weight and not losing anything it's quite frustrating my belly is massive for my smal self. Hi before I get pregnant for my second baby my weight is 125, when I delivered my baby boy on AUGUST 5, 2015 via caesarean section because of pree-clampsia I weighed 160, after he turned 3 months he stopped breast feeding and I ate A lot of rice a day and now that his 5 months I looked into the mirror and I saw my body gets fatter everyday now my right hips sometimes hurt Then I started googling what might be the caused so I've decided starting tomorrow I will do some exercise and eat less.. Is it okay for 5 months caesarean section to use hot shapers and do some booty work dance to have my body back..

Hi. I am 33 i had a c section a 15 months ago and also another c section 4 months ago. I am 5'4 and at my heavest ever at 250 pounds. I have always been up and down with my weight but never this heavy. Right before i got pregnant rhe 1st time i was at 170 and then gained 60 pounds. I lost 30 then gained it back and just kept going it seems. I do have a bad knee that limits me to alot of exercies and cant walk for long periods of time. I hate how i look now. I am so uncomfortable in my own skin. Can you give me some tips please.

Hi Adrian, I am 33 years old. I was always size 4-6. I had a baby last November and gained 40 lbs. my baby was a 10 lbs baby. I was 176lbs when I gave birth. After my baby was born I stay at 176lbs for 9 months. And for the last month I have gained 5 more lbs. I have tried different things. I need help. Nothing is working. Hi I had a c section 6 years ago. I had to go back to the hospital and have them open me back up because my cut got infected. So I had to heal from the inside out. For a month I had to walk around with his machine that was helping me heal. I have a pouch now that's bigger than what it was. Is there any possible way that I could loose some of this belly fat being that some tissues was scared

Hi, I have had 2 c-sections. One 9 years ago and the other 4 years ago. I had a nice tummy before, not so much now. How do I go about firming it up. I weigh less now than before the children. I am extremely slim.....I don't need to loose weight anywhere else. I really need to gain some weight but not the belly area. There may be a little bit of fat on my belly but not much. When i bend over it makes me want to cry, is there any hope besides surgery? Can you recommend how to go about firming my belly? I know i can't get it back to what it was but can it be improved? start by drinking lots of water, soda will only get you bloated, and in the mornings for breakfast have quaker of oats 6 weeks from now start exercising in the elliptical that has been helping me a lot
