Hi am nasi i have c section on may1 2015 this is my second cs..i have daughter 1st and she is 2 and a half years..now i hv made cs early afrer my first pregnancy..i hv little pain inside..am so scared about my pain...the cs will get damaged inside..?is there any possibilities...what r the symptoms ?pls help me

Hi ist u should go to your gp for fully checkup after that u need to drink plenty water nd little bit walk do rest take painkillers if pain getting worst then goto doctor

HAVE YOU TRIED THE things from step 5 here and is your doctor ok with you doing that?
start by drinking lots of water, soda will only get you bloated, and in the mornings for breakfast have quaker of oats 6 weeks from now start exercising in the elliptical that has been helping me a lot

I had a c-section over 11 years ago, as of this day I have extreme difficulty losing any weight. I exercise at least 3 days a week and eat somewhat healthy. What am I doing wrong that Im only losing 10 lbs at the most?

Please help! I am a 35 year old mother of 3 my last two by c section my youngest child is one. Yesterday I got on the scale I weigh 315 lbs I am 5'4. Needless to say this is very very depressing. I work a 7 day swing shift(7days 7-3p, 7days 3-11, 7days 11-7) and a lot of overtime in between so with the kids and work I don't have a lot of time but I do have time to do something I just lack the energy and motivation to do anything I spend most of my time in bed watching TV my eating habits are terrible mostly fast food and I have nearly every exercise equipment and DVD made from treadmill to hypnosis DVDs please tell me what to do I really want to change I'm ready I will do whatever it takes I feel like I'm on a fast track to death help me.

Since your lacking time to do gym time, try power walking with your kids.
Start at 10 minutes each walk and every week add 10 minutes. Sounds like your schedule is pretty hectic and stressful, make sure to pack fruit for those times you are stressed and start to crave junk. Healthy sugars will help supply the serotonin your burning through and create that 'good feeling' your brain likes to have.
After you are able to go for hour long walks with your kids, you can add another walk. I would avoid jogging or any other type of cardio til you drop a couple hundred pounds. The pounding on your joints is something to avoid until your much lighter.

I am asking this on behave of my elder sister. She have two sons from csection, the first is almost four and the second is 6 months old...she complain a lot about her belly fat...she look at herself and cry at times,she was good looking before the c sections,now her weight is Okay,same like before ,but her belly size is not Okay...we are deep Africans and dieting won't be easy...Please need help to make her back to her flat belly and happy...thanks

I'm a mother of 1 before pregnancy I was 130 pounds i got to 192 pounds while I was pregnant after I had my baby I had a c-section I now weigh 173 my baby is now 5 months old every day I look at my self I'm disgusted my stomach is flabby I would love to get my body back before I was pregnant I was very fit please help I'd love to lose 40 pounds fast and get my stomach back together.

I'm 24 I had my 2nd son 6wks ago my c section is not fully healed yet but I need a diet and exercise plan for when it is. Im 5'4" and had got up to 210lbs by the time I had my son Im now 180lbs from breastfeeding but my skin is all loose and stretchy. I want to get down to at least 140 by summer (5 months from now) and tighten up all the loose skin but I still want to have my butt and boobs and create an hourglass shape.

Hi I had my 3rd c-section october 8, and i have not worked out in years,I lost the baby weight but I need help with the fat in my belly and hips, I had 2 knee surgeries and had 6 adhesion in lower abdomen, what do you suggest as far a excersice program?Unable to do the cardio since my knee kills me when i try the eliptical.

I'm 35, 5'7", 220#... I've had four c-s... my youngest just turned 5 & my oldest is 16. I need to get my abs back because I'm starting to have lower back pain. Please help. Oh, and I'm on a dieting loop, lowering calories just doesn't work long-term, and I've finally figured out I'm a protein type.

HI, I have three kids,with my first child my stomach went straight to being flat again, with my second it was flat but it looked like an old person face(old,sagging and wrinkled), and with this last pregnancy i gained a total of 40lbs during pregnancy, I lost all the weight. I currently weigh about 125-130lbs I'm 5'1.. I am petite, but its hard losing the extra skin. My last baby stretched me completely he was 9lbs 7.8 ounces..so of course wearing a gurdle doesn't help me much, my stomach just looks smoother but then i look pregnant all overs again, I work retail so i here it on a daily routine how far along am i, or its twins.. so if you can help me with my muffin top and extra skin i would really appreciate it.Oh, and it does seem that when after i excercise my stomach looks like it has extra air, i don't know how to describe it, and my belly button is an outy already now it just looks like a nose!!!

My c section was almost three years ago..I was 125 when I got pregnant.gained 50lbs..back to 126-129..but I have a tummy and unwanted back boobs..what's your advice on the best way to lose the bellowing out of the stomach along with the back chunk? My arms and legs are thin..fortunately. I'm not big on running and my diet could always be better but I want a 6 week goal..for a flatter stomach,can you make it happen..?!)

Hello I am a mother of 3 who had c sections with them all I never overall lost 50 pound's but the skin sticks out so far it is embarrassing. I'm willing to do whatever it takes to reduce it an or lose it all by next summer. I don't eat pork or beef just needing some uplifting an exercises that with time that will trully build my muscles back.
