I'm a little confused. I'm doing your workout to lose weight and i'm trying to determine how often to do the ab workouts (i have a bit of belly fat to get rid of). Do your abs not need to rest like the rest of your muscles? I've been doing the ab crawl. I'm also doing 2 interval workouts a day.Your workouts kick my butt! I love them!!
