I'm a 13 year old and I don't exercise much but I do walk alot the only thing is that I do have quite a lot of thigh fat I weight 90 pounds but no matter how hard i try and how long i walk I cant get rid of my thigh ft how can I get rid of it?

Recently, I have been exercising by jogging and walking. However, I am not trying to lose weight. I actually would like to gain a little weight. I want a bigger butt and a more sculpted stomach. I know that I cannot be healthy by eating fatty foods to gain weight, but I cannot gain weight by eating salads either. What would be some good ideas for me to gain a little weight but remain healthy. I am currently 5'4 and 109 lbs.

I'm not too happy about the way I look right now... I know I don't have a healthy life style, but I don't know any other way.
I'm 15 years old, 5'1" and 122 lbs. I wouldn't exactly say I'm fat, but I certainly wouldn't say I'm skinny, or "fit" either. My lower body seems to be heavier than my upper body, so most weight I gain would definitely go to my bum.
Also, I seem to have a lot of arm fat... and I don't know why!
I drink soda, and don't really drink much water. I don't exercise. I rarely eat breakfast and hardly any lunch and never eat dinner. But I tend to snack on sweets and whatnot, so I guess that's how I gained weight.
Could you help me? What is a healthy diet that I can follow? Also, how can I lose the arm fat, thigh/leg fat? I would assume by following body sculpting methods?
