hi: I have a condition called eyrthema nodosum on my legs, I use to work out like crazy and my favorite machine was the eliptical - but because of my condition I cannot use my legs, what cardio can I do to help tone my tummy and back or overall body. grateful

My question is my butt looks round from the sides but from the back it looks flat almost like my back doesn't stop. I'm trying to lose weight all over at the moment but what I want to know is what exercises should I do so that my butt looks more round and firm from the back. Why does it look this way? My butt is flat on the bottom and round and big at the top. That looks so unattractive. I'm a thick girl. I get the looks in the front ,but not in the back. My butt look like somebody let the air out part of the balloon. PLEASE HELP!!! I need to lose a lil belly too.

I've been on your website for 3 hours! and there seems to be so much brilliant information on your site that I seriously don't know where to start! So hopefully you can stear me in the right direction. I currently attend the gym 2-3 times a week, I normally do a 25 minute cardio workout with a few light weights etc. But what I want is to loose my belly flab after having the baby as well as working the butt as I want to get this as big and firm as possible! And I would like to work those two areas at the same time. Where do I start and how can I alter my workout to introduce some of your workouts in what I am trying to achieve. I also would like lots of butt and stomach exercises that I can do at home! How many times a week is recommended to workout? I've read on your site that it is important to keep changing your routine workouts to get variety etc which is definately what I need. Also do you feel that my treadmill cardio workout of 25 mins per gym session is too much??.
