im trying to lose my love handles but I don't want to bulk up what is a good amount or reps to do?

I just watched the video, i was wondering if i should try it cause i already i have a small waist (24 inches) i don't want to bulk up but i woud like to loose abut an inch and toughen my core is this advised

doing this won't shrink your waistline but it will firm it up and if yours is already 24 then there isn't that much more it can shrink
