PLEASE HELP!!
Hello i had a baby 4 months ago and i lost evrything except my lower stomach fat and love handles. i only weigh 125 now and i really don't want my butt or thighs to get smaller(bigger though if possibe)What type of weight loss plan should i do to only lose my stomach fat,while increasing the size of my butt,thighs.Also,some excerises that will help me see results in 2 months.
P.S. I can only excersice in my house,i have an exerise ball but no other equipment like weights.

Fola,

These oblique or love handle exercises will do very little to burn any body fat but no matter what weight you use...

they will tone your obliques or love handles to make them LOOK slimmer or less fat but...

You need a weight loss plan to remove any kind of fat

hay, im only 14 and im not going to say that im fat but i do want to tone up a little bit....my main problems are love handles and thighs and i dont have any exersize equipment to work with, so could someone give me some tips on how to build more mucle arount those areas?

You can do Russian Twist but NO... there really isnt a way you can do this exercise at home.

When I get a chance I'll make a video on russian twist but do a search for "russian twist for obliques" to see how to do them

Hi, I'm 5'2" with a 27" waist (I'm about 113 now although was 107, it's mostly muscle gain from running). Is it possible to get my waist any smaller? I don't really wanna lose that much weight (maybe get back down to 107 I guess) but I feel like I can't get my waist any smaller. Any suggestions? Will more midsection exercises actually shrink my waist or just make it more muscular. What should I be doing?

Man i need u now like Smokey norful . I have got to drop 25 pounds by next month.I ampower walking for 3 miles 4x a week and i do Turbo jams 2x a week i ride my stationary bike inside for about 8 miles. My stomach has about a 3 inch over hang to the bottom i have love handles and my but use to be Fine (Apple shaped but now its Long and square. I have been doing the leg lifts but i have adopted two new lil booties and they wont go nowhere. Man i need help bad On top of that my husband cheated and by my court date i need to be fierce. help 478-278-5510.

i'm 17, and i seem to have a pudge at my belly. i also have really big love handles for my size. i've gotten really insecure about my body lately. i've always had a pertty nice sized body, until i started seeing all this extra fat in nasty looking places. prom is coming up, and i really need some help on how to loose this fat. i am currently working out my abs a lot and trying a few different love handle work outs, but i feel like i could be doing more? Just finished watching your clip on woodchoppers and personally think the technique shown is very poor.
Firstly, he has zero balance being up on his toes.
Secondly, the demonstration in no way shows that he is stablizing and isolating his abdominal area. Hips are moving alot which means he is using alot of other muscles to assist the exercise. If he was to show that his core is locked in and his hips remained forward for the entire movement, you would get more benefit. You could also show that upward and downward woodchoppers could be an option which are alot more beneficial.
