You lose back flab or any other flab mainly with diet & exercise and if you're already lean...

Doing exercises mainly with some diet plus Doing other upper body toning will help you

How can I get the flab off my back. I have a small frame, but am a bit top heavy. I was told my back is big enough to hold my breasts. I think its just the excess flab that makes me look so wide.

Hi,

Can you please tell me alternatives for pull-ups? that I can do at home easily? I don't have appropriate equipment. I only have dumbells & gymball at home.

Are you able to do hill sprints where you live?

Look at the legs of olympic sprinters - sprints are the best way to build up nice legs without a gym
