You lose back flab or any other flab mainly with diet & exercise and if you're already lean...
Doing exercises mainly with some diet plus Doing other upper body toning will help you
2 days ago I found a portable chin-up bar and I bought it immediately! so I started to try your exercises.

Have you considered getting a pullup bar you can use at home?
For now you can do this back exercise
Are you able to do hill sprints where you live?
Look at the legs of olympic sprinters - sprints are the best way to build up nice legs without a gym
