How to get a firmer upper body & tone up your chest, back, & triceps at the same time...

Women should start off using a 5-to-10 pound dumbbells when doing this exercise and should use heavier weights as this exercise gets easier and...

It's no exercsie that'll do that but...

You can lose overall body fat to make your shoulders and back look less bulkier

The actually weights you use to "feel" a burn is really up to you ans your fitness level.

I can't say use 10 or 20 pounds because that may be too light or too heavy for you so that's really for you to find out thru trial & error and...

You burn back fat or any back fat with mainly diet & cardio/interval exercise

Jocellyne,

Your best bet is to do this workout and other body sculpting exercises for women while on a weight loss plan

You only need to pick 1-to-2 exercises for each body part and use light weights for 8-to-12 reps

My question is...how long do we need to do these excercises for in order to see a difference in our arms, chests, and abs? Also is there a way to get ur breasts bigger naturally without taking pills or putting creams and stuff? like ive been searching about it and see different things to do and what not to do. Then i looked at comments people made like about what to do and not to do and some say somethings while another person disagrees and says another. So im like...what should i believe and do? Also when i was 9 years old...i used to have bigger boobs then my mom...but now they got smaller because a few summers ago i lost 15lbs by swimming 20 laps a day for my grandfather and i lost 15lbs off my chest and got soooo depressed because i loved my size!!!! i was like a 38C almost a D i remember. And now im like a 34B i think...i know im a B for sure.

Generally - you'll see results quickly but you'll also stop seeing results if you don't do a different exercise or routine at least every 3-6 weeks
