if you love to dance, try belly dancing that makes them stronger and you also lose yur love handles or you can do a love handle work out by seperating your legs apart but not too far and its best if you use light weights to do this, you stretch one arm over your head but keep it hold for 5secounds and do it 5times then do the same with the other arm and try and go higher than doing it more than 5times

I want to lose weight at home, i'm 168cm tall, and 66kg weight (145.5lbs), to lose about 6kg (13,2lbs)-in 30 days, and have a little bit muscular legs...I was training karate for 8yrs, so i don't want to gain more muscle (no more than it's necessary).. I can do exercises every day, I just need some advices, which to do...any plan, or smth? (sorry for my bad english)

I'm a 27 year old female. I am 5'6 1/2. I weigh 123 pounds and have a pear shaped body. Right now I am working on abs, thighs and butt three times a week. I work on my arms 2 times a week. I don't want to lose weight because I will look like a stick
( believe me, when I was 20 I had a stomach illness and without even trying I went down to 99 pounds! I looked very sickly thin) but I want to know if it is possible to tone these ares (abs thighs and butt) without losing weight. I hope all my efforts aren't for nothing.

Hi, Im 31 years old, I have a sedentary job, and put on quite a few pounds. Some of it I like and some of it I hate. I'd like to lose about 10 lbs, but I want to keep my breast, hips butt and thighs. I love my curves and dont want to go back to not having them. The only real problems for me are the weight gained in my face & neck, arms and definitely the nasty tire aroud my waist.What is the best option for me?

How much do you eat per day meal wise? Do you drink at least 2 litres of water a day for you age? If you answer is no then it is very unlikely you will lose weight without the help of exercise.

hi im 16 years old 5 feet 2 inches and i weigh 108 pounds but to tell you the truth... i really need to tone up. -.-
i have quite a bit of belly fat that it looks like im one month pregnant!!! :o which means i usually suck it in all the time -.-
and worse i have cellulite!!! :o
