hi i am 5' 7'' 18 years old and weigh about 240 pounds...

i have been exercising and my weight goes up and down and i also try to eat right...

I am 6'1 280 with a few questions. Hope you can answer these.

1. Can I still lose all my fat even if I dont get alot of protein but at least 70 grams? I dont have much muscle as I can only bench 50 pounds.

2. that being said, its about 35% Fat, 20% Protein 45% Carbs. I have a deficit to lose 4 pounds a week. Will this big a deficit offset the Carb/Fats ratio?

I'm 15 and i'm turning 16 in 4 weeks. I'm 5"2 and weigh 121 lbs. I know it's not overweight but I am really self conscience. My brothers are all tall and really skinny. I used to be 105 but I began to eat alot and have gained weight because of stress and not exercising i want to get down to 105 lbs. Does anyone have any tips?

I need a good workout plan and diet to follow. I am 33 yrs. old and I weigh 205 lbs. I have (3) small kids yet, I'm still carrying around the weight. I have severe cravings for sweets. I will workout and want to go to Dairy Queen afterwards....exercdising is not the problem-food is! Help...I will follow your suggestions.

I am 20 yrs old 6'2" and have been heavy my whole life. I weigh 350+ and I would like to weigh 200-210 lbs or whatever weight makes me look nice Diabetes runs in my family and I don't ever want to have it, that is the reason why I'm asking you for help. Im 188lbs. 5'8 and evenly porportion. I have the Insanity program but I want to lose no more than 30lbs. I checked out how to lose 50lbs in 5 months but Im afraid I will look like I was on crack. I dont want to be too small but I want to know whats you best option. Can you please help?

Hi I'm 13 years old and I weigh almost 190 pounds and I am about 5'4" and I am very insecure about my size, I have always been overweight and I really want to change that. My graduation is coming up on the 18th of June and I want to lose about 10 pounds before that, but is it really possible? If so, please help me. I also have a longer term goal of losing like 40-60 pounds by September 10th and I have no idea how to do that either. Please help. And also, I might need a 2 week "lazy" plan because I was just recently diagnosed with Asthmatic Bronchitis and it is really hard to be active when I can hardly breathe. your weight is fine a s it is and you can certainly try to lose weigh tbut you must know that since you already look good...

you may only wind up loinsg 1 pound every 2 weeks simply because you dont have that much weight to lose

Hello I'm bout 5'9 297 lbs. Although other people can't tell my weight, I can feel it. MY main problem areas for me are my arms (i hate tank shirts) and my stomach. My thighs i could stand to lose a little bit, i don't wanna lose my butt i want more of a small waist nice hips look. The extra meat under my chin in pics really disgust me....What do you suggest?

I am a 5'6" 170lbs, 36 years old female who would like to lose about 15 - 20 lbs in the shortest time possible. I have been doing the interval training for 20 - 30 minutes twice a day for the past two weeks. I have modified the way I eat and have been following some of the 1200 calorie meal plans but, I don't see the weight coming off like I hoped it would. I am seeing my stomach tightening up but the weight loss is not happening. What am I doing wrong?
