Hi,
i some how got this website and was really inspired by the whole thing ,this is one of the best website i have ever come across. I'm 6 ft 2in. I weigh 240 pounds. can you please tell me what should be my ideal weight ? and i have a very fat thigh it is 28inch each and so can you please suggest me a gud exercise and the amount i should do it each day... thank you awaiting your reply.

Hi I am 5'6 and 270lbs. I've decided to get serious about weight loss. Thank goodness for this website! Will eating 1 serving a fruit with breakfast and lunch slow down weight loss? Are there certain fruits to stick with or stay away from due to high sugar levels. Thanks for your feedback

Hi,

I am 5'2" tall and I weigh a 100 kgs. I have tried everything but i just dont seem to be able to give up the food craving and keep loosing motivation to loose weight... I am not sure what i should do as this is affecting my life, health and even small daily work. Could you please help me... i really need some help and motivational push... and a schedule i can follow. I work from home (India) and my job requires atleast 8 - 9 hours of sitting infront of the monitor.... pllleeassse help..

wow I just found this site thank god!
I was online looking into p90x program and google and found this site.I have been struggling with my weight for about two years now. I had my son in 2000 at age 16. I went from 225 to 169 in about two months ina half. I kept it off until I was 22 years old.I did low carb and was very energretic. I started to gain weight after I stopped school and not having a job.
I had surgery in october 2008 for lysis of adhesions. I am now healthy completely and got back into the gym lost 17lbs but sstopped going. I want to get back into it.I was doing low carbs but I dont really think that works for my body anymore. The weight has been coming down slowly.
I curretnly weigh 257lbs and I am 5'6. I want to loose alot of weight and I am an active person. What program you think would be great for me. I want a lifestyle change not just a diet.....THank you for this great motivation.
I am 25 years old and I want to be at a healthy weight for my myself and my son.

I stumbled across this site today purely by accident - and what an answer to my prayers. I've struggled w my weight all my life. I am now at my heaviest ever 270 and am 5'3 and SEVERLY Depressed! I have degenerative joint & disc disease & have already had 1 back surgery. I want to win this battle once & for all and I NEED HELP! My short term goal is for my "mile-stone" B'day in 2 mos (40!) My best friend surpised me w a trip to the beach to celebrate going "over-the-hill" & I am freaking out about going because of my size. I work full-time 8-9hrs a day in a sit-down job - How much weight can I possibly lose in 8 weeks and HOW??? Please help me! I am out of options and feeling like am out of hope. I would have the gastric bypass surgery today if my ins. covered it or I could afford it. Trust me I have been on every plan from Atkins to WW. FINALLY after I happened upon this site I feel some hope for the 1st time in YEARS. What a wonderful thing you are doing here, Thanks! I already did your "flabby arms" exercises the minute I found the site, that is a HUGE start for me as I am generally inactive due to my DJD and DDD. I am afraid of most exercise videos I've seen for fear of increasing my "normal" daily pain and fear of injury like another herniated disc or something. What do you suggest that is specific for me based on my condition for both diet and exercise plans? I'm tyring to lose weight b4 aug (my birthday)i want to be down by 50lbs i am 5'9 and 225. Now b/c summer is comming up i chg my workout plan to two times a day 3 days a week(30 min of cardio b4 work and after,walk when i am on my two 15 min breaks) my goal weight is to be at 170-180lb. I'm 5"5" and 234, Caucasian and female. I am going to Japan the last week of July so have 3.5 months to lose weight. I work 3-5 hours 3-4 days per week doing housekeeping, have a Nordic track, stationery bike, workout ball and step for step aerobics and also can go walk/jog a .5 mile track outdoors. If I stick to a 13-1400 cal diet with mostly chicken or fish, veges and some dairy and fruits in am and keep starches to every 3rd day....will this work to bring my weight down to 145? What would my body fat % be at 145? And is it possible to achieve that weight in 3.5 months? What would I need to do to lose 60 pounds?

Never heard of those pills so I can't offer an opinion on safety of those pills but...

They are other ways to curb hunger without pills

Adding exercise will definetly help you lose weight faster and...

How long should you stay on a VLCD? - Go here for an answer to that question but for a quicker answer...

If you're still losing then it's okay for you to stay on this diet for now,

Great website by the way. My name is Ciava and I am an African American female who is extremely overweigt. At my heaviest, which was about a month and a half ago, I weighed 225lbs. I am only 5'3" so I was extremely obese. Meanwhile, I have been doing the VLCD and taking these weight loss pills called Super Slim (China). Now I weigh 195lbs. Now that I have viewed this website I am sure that my weight loss has come from the diet, but the pills curb my hunger and cravings for more food. Have you heard anything about these pills? Is it safe to keep taking them or should I just continue with my diet? I have also lost this weight without exercising. Once I incorporate working out, how long do you think it will take me to get to an ideal weight and what is the ideal weight for my height? I want to lose weight all over, but I still want to have larger, tone hips and butt. My current measurements are 37-33-46. I would love to be 34-28-40. Is this realistic with my weight loss goals or even healthy measurements for my height?

If you can't exercise in the morning - do it in the evening or whenever you can

Second you said that it was better to exercise in the morning to boost the metabolism, but I personally really don't have time to do it in the morning. Is it less effective in the evening or later during the day??

Love your website! I'm 30/5'6/Female. I started out at 246lbs. I'm now at 206lbs. I need to know if my current workout/diet/supplements are sufficient to reach my goals or should I be doing something different to reach my goals faster. My goal is 140lbs and 1 mile in 10 minutes, 25 pushups/situps in 1 minute. I cant help but to think something is lacking from my program. Please help. Sorry so long. Thanks in advance.

Current workout: Brisk five-minute warmup walk. Then alternate 60 seconds of jogging and 90 seconds of walking for a total of 90 minutes. Repeat this cycle of exercises non-stop 5-10 times: 10 Regular pushups,
10 Regular situps, 10 Wide pushups, 10 Reverse Crunches, 10 Close pushups, & 10 Double crunches

Current diet/supplements: Multivitamin, Vitamin C, Cayenne pepper
Meal 1: 2 boiled eggs, Oatmeal, & fruit
Meal 2: Baked sweet potato w/ cinnamon & nutmeg or Baked potato w/broccoli & shredded cheese
Meal 3: Muscle milk Protein shake (small)
Meal 4: Apple & almonds
Meal 5: Muscle milk Protein shake (small)
Meal 6: Eggs w/Spinach, cheese, & potato
Meal 7: Muscle milk Protein shake (small)
Meal 8: Salad-lettuce, spinach, boiled eggs, oranges, pecans, shredded cheese, olive oil

Hi all, my name is Jan and I have recently made some changes in my life due to family troubles and husband too.......I quit smoking in November and it has been 4 months, feeling great. Have been working out 2x per day, on the elliptical for 10 -15 mins in the morning and doing WII Fit Plus after work. I have managed to lose approx 14 pounds and about 12.5 inches but have not lost any for about 2 weeks now. I am 51 years old and weigh 202 pounds right now. I want to weigh around 165 so I need to lose 37 pounds and I would like to do that by end June, is that attainable? I am thinking about trying HIIT on the Elliptical, what do you think?

I wiegh about 180lb,5'2 and im 26 year old.I have a 7year old and a 3 year old,and im having trouble losing it. I was doin good at first cuz i was training for mma,but then when i went to nights,which was real hard i didnt go to the gym that much anymore,and now i dont go at all.Ive tired different weight loss programs and im just tired of the all the pills.I have trouble with the eating part too,i know that sounds funny.I want to lose about 50lbs. Any help would be much much appreciated.

Hi Adrian, I just watched the video how Ali lost 112lbs in 5 months. There were times that Ali worked out for 8 hours (or 10 hrs at the end) a day. How do you do that? What type of exercises would you do for 8 HOURS?? I don't have that time during the weekdays (I work, I can probably get up a couple of hours early), but on the weekends I think I could do longer hours for faster weight loss. What do you suggest? LOSING 140 POUNDS IS MY BIGGEST PRIORITY, so I should treat it like an 8 hr job like Ali did!! Thanks for your help.
