How and I asked my boot camp trainer this long ago, how do they eat so few calories when they exercise so much? Isn't this bad for the body and wouldn't it make one weak and not give one enough carbs for energy? It obviously works, but isn't it dangerous to exercise that much?I hear all the time about over training. I asked like I said my boot camp trainers once and they were shocked at the low amount of calories. I tried 1200 calories once and I felt really crappy but, if your motivated enough I suppose anything is possible.

Hi, what do you think about intermittent fasting to lose weight and cut calories down each day? After dinner around 8pm, I don't eat again until noon the next day...therefore cutting about 400 calories from my diet everyday. What are your thoughts on that?
