1. Is it better to lose weight first and then gain muscle?

It's always best to lose weight first and gain muscle at the same time so you can look your very best naked but…

If you're not happy with how fast you're losing weight or gaining muscle then it'll be best for you to focus on one thing at a time and either lose weight first or gain muscle only but since you're a woman…

You probably don't want to get BIG muscles so you can easily lose weight, tone up & build the sexier more firmer muscles at the same time with this perfect body plan for women but on the other hand…

If you want a bigger butt like CoCo
CoCo
, Kim Kardashian
Kim Kardashian
or Vida Guerra
Vida Guerra
then you may need to seriously consider focusing on losing weight first and then focus on getting a bigger butt so…

Make sure you also take a look at…

2. What do you recommend for women to gain weight to achieve curves?

Please forgive me if I'm wrong and I'll update my answer if I'm wrong but…

I'm assuming you want to gain weight/muscle in your hip & butt area so my quick answer to that is…You can go here for a bigger butt and that guide has various workout & diet plans you can use for a bigger butt.

3. What do you recommend for women to lose weight and maintain curves?

If you are not overweight & have a lower body fat percentage of 14-to-20% then more than likely - most of your sexy curves are made up of mostly muscle so in your case…

If you are overweight and have a higher body fat percentage greater than 20% then more than likely - most of your sexy curves are made up of mostly FAT so in your case…

4. What exercises are good to develop the dip in the back?

To develop the dip in your back you simply need to…

5. What exercises are good to target the lower pouch?

The Simple Answer is… All of the ab exercises here & flat stomach exercises here will TARGET the lower pouch area and firm it up but…

To get rid of the lower pouch which is just stubborn belly fat…

6. The exercises that build the glutes, will they also build up the thighs?

Yes and… Many of the exercises here will build up the glute, thighs and hamstrings at the same time.

7. Are donkey kicks the only way to build muscle on top of the glute?

Of course not! and Here's more exercises here that will build muscle on top of the glutes and as a matter of fact…

Donkey kicks will not lead to permanent results since you're using light weights and high reps

8. Is it possible to gain muscle on the hip to make it look curvier?

It's very possible and you can go here to gain muscle on the hip to make it look curvier

9. What kind of cardio and how many times a week is best to lose weight from your waist but keep your curves?

Forget cardio! - Do intervals and go here right now to see how & why you need to do intervals but basically…

10. Do you recommend any supplements for weight gain and muscle growth?

Go here to see the The 5 most important muscle building foods & supplements I recommend but let me point out that…

You don't exactly NEED any supplements for weight gain and muscle growth because you can look great naked just by eating these higher quality foods here

11. Do you recommend using creatine for muscle growth & maintain muscle?

No & No.

if you Go here to see the 5 most important muscle building foods & supplements I recommend and then skip ahead to the 2 other Good but not crucial Muscle Building supplements…

You'll see why taking creatine is not necessary for muscle growth.

12. Have you heard of Maca? If yes what do you think about its effects?

I've heard of maca and I've never used it and I've only researched maca very little but overall…

You can save your money on Maca and I really think you can get the body you want without Maca.

13. What do you think of products like Ensure Plus and Boost Plus?

Both are very good "meal replacement" products so as I said here when I talk about the best supplements

Meal Replacements will help you lose weight and/or gain muscle if you don't have time to prepare some meals because… Meal Replacements are powdered drink mixes that are quick & easy to make and have the perfect amounts of carbs, protein & fats to help you get the body you want.

14. What do you think of products like Dime Curves and BBB?

I think they are too good to be TRUE! and I did do a tiny bit of research on them before I gave my opinion but let me point of the facts…

You can get a firmer, rounder and sexy butt that will stay with you forever by going here and doing workouts for a curvier butt and…

Why would you want to take a pill that'll make you hips more fatty which will result in a more saggier butt & give you more health problems over time?

15. What foods you recommend to promote muscle growth?

Any of the high quality foods here will promote muscle growth and…

As long as 30-to-40% of your diet is from protein - you'll be promoting muscle growth and/or maintaining the sexy muscles you already have.

16. Is cardio the best way to lose back fat and rolls?

Going on a weight loss plan that includes a diet, cardio and/or intervals is the best way to lose any fat on your body

17. How much weight should I start off with?

You want to start off with enough weight that will allow YOU to do the recommend number of reps in perfect or near perfect form so for example…

Don't use weights that are TOO HEAVY or TOO LIGHT because…

Those 2,3 & 5 lb. weights are TOO Light to start with unless…

Those 2,3 & 5-to-10 lb. weights are heavy enough to ONLY allow you to do the recommend number of reps.

You should also look at…

18. Is there one piece of equipment you would recommend those trying to build glute muscles at home, without going to the gym?

It's no ONE piece I would recommend but here's many at-home butt exercises you can do…

Click photos to see how to do the butt exercises

19. I would like to know what exercises are good for your butt and legs other that squats.

Do this workout for butt & legs without doing squats

20. Do sweat belts work? If so can you recommend one?

The Quick Answer is… YES & NO? but…

YES - If you want to temporarily lose a lot of water weight to maybe look better for a special event and/or lose extra weight to pass a physical but…

NO - if you want to lose weight permanently.

21. Many of us are looking at models such as Kim Kardashian, Vida Guerra or Buffy for inspiration could you give a few bodies that would be achievable for slim ladies trying to get curves and ladies trying to lose weight and maintain their curves?

Any type of body you want to have is achievable and it's only achievable IF YOU TRULY BELIVE it so remember your CBA's…

If you can Conceive it, Believe it - then you can Achieve it and…

Go here for the perfect plan to achieve it

23. What if one side is bigger than the other? What if one butt cheek, arm, leg or etc. is bigger than the other?

It's normal to have one side that is a little bit bigger than the other that is NOT Noticeable by anyone else except for you WHEN you closely examine yourself so…

If nobody else recognizes the size difference then chances are you're making too big of a deal out of nothing but If there is a noticeable size difference between 2 parts of your body then there's 4 things you can do…

  1. Start doing uni-lateral exercises or exercises that only involve 1 leg or 1 arm at a time so that basically means you need to stop using barbells and more dumbbells to help you focus more on the weaker & smaller side of your body.
  2. Do your workouts as you normally would but add an extra 1-to-4 sets of uni-lateral exercises (like dumbbell curls or Bulgarian squats) just for the smaller side of your body
  3. Do a pure uni-lateral workout but DONT make the entire workout just for your smaller side. Involve both sides in the uni-lateral workout but you can do twice as many sets, reps or use more weight for the smaller/weaker side to help it catch up in size with the other side.
  4. Whenever you're doing a uni-lateral workout or exercise always begin with the weaker side first and when moving to the stronger side…

ALWAYS do the same amount of reps and use the same amount of weight with the stronger side (even though you may be able to do more) because this allows your weaker side to catch up.

24. When Can I Expect To See Results

Whenever you are trying to get more curves, tone or firm up you should always expect to see results (or changes) in your body every 2-to-4 weeks.

I'm working out leg and butt to gain muscle and to round it up and maintain the size and normal cardio to lose weight, already los 2kg or 4 pounds. But not working abs, arms or back.. but i feel bloated the next day when i do abs :(

I'm 1,50m or 5 ft, I only need to lose 12-15 pound or 5-7kg and I have a hourglasse figure, big butt and medium boobs (still a hourglasse figure because my shoulders and hips are the same width, my butt its just large for behind not for the sides lol) . my BMI is 25.3

will i keep my hourglasse curves? :)

Hey, I'm just wondering, is it healthy for me to lose 20 - 35 pounds? Im fourteen years old, female, 5'4 and 138 pounds.
Im still growing so I'm just wondering but is that a good goal for me? Because I know I need to get in better shape, but I want to be skinny, but still be in a healthy range.

Hi Adrian! I am twenty four years old, 5 feet and 2.5 inches And weight 114 lbs. My body fat percentage is 16.7 percent and Bmi is 20.4. I exercise atleast five days a week, I do the stair master for 30 minutes at 92 stairs a minute and burn approximately 430 calories or I bike to the gym which is 7-8 miles. I also do bicep, shoulders and chest workouts daily with 10 -15 lb weights. I do squats and lunges, and crunches etc for my belly. I want to get abs and gain more muscle all over. My lower belly is still soft and I have a little pudge here and there. I eat well, mostly fruits and vegetables, Body by vi protein shakes, eggs, fish, lean protein and green tea. I am gaining muscle all over but I really desperately want to lose the extra pudge on my arms and lower belly. Is there something you can recommend that will be more effective? Looking forward to your reply :)

Hi, Adrian,

I am 21 years old, five foot five, 93 kg female who lost, gained, lost, gained weight (only within five to nine kg though, and on healthy diet- I simply was tempted by some unplanned events to overeat).

Is it possible for me to lose twenty kg in the next two months for a special occasion?

Best Regards,

Alia

P.s. I should mention that I am a stay at home student, who doesn't have access to any gym equipment... I used to (and I will return to) do intense aerobic/ cardio/ some resistant exercises about an hour a day/ five days a week. I have a low cal diet- breakfast: one hard boiled egg, a table spoon of cheese, and diet bread. lunch- vegetable soup (with tons of cumin among other herbs) as well as two pieces of lean meat- the two of which nearly equal the size of my fist, grapefruit juice (concentrated, no sugar, 45 cal).
I also usuallly eat fruit in between as snack, and just drink water. I snack on the diet bread (crunchy whole wheat) as my dinner. I can't wait to know what you think!

use this emergency plan here to attempt to lose 20kg in 2 months

Hi, Adrian!

Thanks for your reply, I appreciate it!

I do have a small problem, though- I only have access to 0.5 kg dumbbells- one for each hand. How can I use them efficiently enough to have the same effect as that from your dumbbells?

Best Regards,

February 05, 2012

Adrian Bryant

that'll work at first but you're going to definitely need heavier weights than that to get a bigger butt
