I was wondering if there was anyway to get a bigger butt without having to use weights? Or is there anything i can substitute them with? Hi Adrian, I'm a 13 year old girl, 120-130 lbs, and 5'6-5'9. I just gave you that information because i thought you needed it...anyway I live in a 7 floor apartment building, and would it make my butt bigger if I ran up and down all the flights of stairs? Will this make my butt look all bulky? What I am really aiming for is a bigger, rounder butt, not a bulky, muscular butt.

Keep your calories the same.
Have you tried this workout plan here yet? and...
Look at #11 here - increasing your protein & raw vegetable intake should also help
hang in there and keep contacting me until you reach your goal and although it does take people of your weight & height longer to lose weight - you should have lost something...
I think the main thing you need to do workout wise is either up the intensity and/or change the type of workout you're doing and the workout I gave you may do that for you

I've been struggling to lose the last 10 pounds of baby weight, and I've tried all of your suggestions about breaking out of the plateau, like interval training, and eating 5 times a day 200-300 calories, but still very little progress. Hi Adrian,
I just had my third baby 4 months ago and I am trying to get back into shape. I used to be very toned prepregnancy. I am 5'3" and now weigh 125. I used to weigh 110. Due to some complications during pregnancy I had to stop working out at about 30 weeks plus 2 months of recovery time after baby. I've been working out 3-4 times a week for 1 hour sessions of cardio and about 15 mins weight training (free weights and calisthetics) I've cut back my calories to no more than 1300 a day. I've been stuck at this weight for about a month now. I don't know what more I need to do, I've tried all of your suggestions but the scale won't budge. Please help!

I want to lose weight and get a bigger butt but i rather just get a bigger butt at this point because trying to lose weight hasnt been working. Im 5'4 and 185. I would say that im fat but thick bc alot of the weight is in my chest.

first, i would like to thank you for the videos that you have on youtube. they are very very helpful. my question to you, is it normal for my butt to look smaller?? i have been doing the bulgarian squats for 3or 4 weeks now. also i just started your j.lo butt exercises with the exception that i don't have hills here in southeast georgia so i am alternating between the jessica biel butt exercises on mon & thurs onr week and j.lo thurs. butt workout the following week on mon& thurs. is wearing ankle weights too much for my butt? i have worn them once so far while at work for about 5 or 6 hrs.
p.s.
what should be my protein intake amount to help with butt growth??
ssorry i have question upon questions..lol. i also wanted to know how many times a week should i do cardio and for how long? i am a waitress(i am constantly moving around. 5 times a week minimum of 35 hrs a week) so can this count as cardio exercise?

I can't predict an exact time period but the fastest way is to use heavier weights and lower reps and here's a good workout you can do...
Do 2 sets of butt bridges for 45-to-90 seconds on one leg(butt) at a time and then...
Do 4-to-6 sets and 3-to-8 reps of butt squats using moderate-to-heavy weight and then...
Do one set of butt squats of 8-to-15 reps using light weight or just your bodyweight and...
Do that workout twice a week and make sure 30-to-40% of the calories you eat are from protein sources so your but muscles can repair and grow

I never really found anybody that was willing to help people out and take time out of their lives to give advice like you do. I hate to bother you with another question but, I started to do a cardio workout video and it incorporates toning. I have a lot of body fat to burn off. I'm 5'2" and I weigh 170. So my question is should I do this video every other day? And if so,what would you recommend I do the other days in between? Between your butt area and lower back usually where girls get a tatoo done. I have that problem and when I try wearing a dress or some other garment it makes it look like I have no butt at all.
