I'm 5'2'' and about 126 lbs. I'm very small on top but have large hips, butt and thighs. I'd like to lose some of the weight in my thighs as they're getting bulky, but is there a way to do this without losing my butt??

Hi! I am a twenty year old college student who has been steadily losing weight since the ninth grade, then I was about 165-170 and I know stay mainly at 140-145! I am very happy with my weight but not the condition of my body. I have a larger stomach, large flabby breasts and a flat square butt with a lil bit of love handles! How do I lose weight in my stomach while firming my breasts and increasing the size of my butt thighs hips, etc...I've tried a Jillian michael workout to tone up all over but it left me too squarely shaped for my tastes! Please help....bigger butt bigger thighs firmer breasts and smaller stomach...workout fit for a dorm room as primary workout space and no longer than thirty mins! Thanks!

Hello,
I am 28 years old and 110 lbs. I am 5'1 in height. I would like to increase my leg and thigh size. Regardless to how much I eat, I have never really been able to gain weight. My largest weight gain was during pregnancy 5 years ago. Following my pregnancy I was at about 115 lbs and my legs and thighs were a bit larger and I would like that size again. I would not mind gaining about 6 lbs or so. I just need help in doing that

Im 37 yrs old and was 3 stone overweight. I started healthy eating and exercise plan in Jan10. So far I have lost 1.5 stones. I have another 1.5 stones to lose (21 pounds) and I've reached a plateau. My exerixe routines consists of cardio work, power walking 10-15 miles weekly, some weight training to tone.
I'm feeling down as the last few weeks I haven't lost any weight - what should I do to attain my goal of losing the last 21 pounds? please help.

Hi. I have a big and very, and I mean very, flabby butt and thighs although I'm overall thin (152cm, 49 kilos).My friend told me excersise will make my butt bigger. I want to firm it but not to make it bigger, how?? What type of excersises are suitable for my case? And how long it takes to see the effect of excersises?

i'm 15 and i like my body, especially my butt, but i really want to exercise more. I'm searching for various exercises that won't jeopardize my naturally big butt. Will a major increase in exercise lead to a smaller butt??

YES

a MAJOR increase may affect your butt building goals but a decent 3-4 times a week probably won't hurt your goals

if i wanted to get rid of cellulite and just tone my thighs (speically the back of my thighs) which excersise do you recommend? I dont want to bulit a bigger one as I already have a big one.should i use lighter weights high reps for firming??

go here for cellulite but any of the exercises here will tone and firm thighs and yes...

you want to do fewwer than 4 sets and 8-15 reps with moderate weight

hi this is shiny, im 5'7.5 tall nd weigh 57.5kgs for now, i hav a smaller hips and bigger thighs and muscular calves coz of which i stay away from minnes, but i really wanna wear shorts this summer can u plz suggest me the right exercise by which i can build my hips but get thin but not muscular thighs nd thinner claves nd diet frm which i can get a well toned body

I am 35 yr old and weigh about 126 pounds and 5'feet 3 inches ..I walk everyday for 30 minutes then do some 20 minutes of cardio . After the morning exercise I eat my breakfast ..is this rutine ok . I eat abt 1600 to 1800 calories a day .use sugar n oil in limit . I find my thighs to be too flabby with 23 inches in size . its wobbly .can u help me wth the routine to follow. Highly appreciate ur hard work......

Hi Adrian,

I was wondering, if working out in one session is better than working out in two sessions. Does it matter? The reason I ask is because sometimes I go home for lunch and do about a 30 min workout. Then after work I do about a 30-45 min workout to finish. Sometimes on the weekends I can do a whole work out. I have been doing the JLo butt workout. What do you recommend? What will give me better results, if there is a difference?

both ways will work and in some (most) cases the twice a day will get you faster results but overall...

it depends on your ability to recover

I'm 5'2...no more than 130lbs and I have a nice shape but i want a great shape....i've been working out...doing cardio when i can and working on my abs and butt...i'm losing some belly but i'm also losing my nice butt...I dont want to lose my butt I want it bigger and my stomach flatter...Is this what happens when you work out on your butt does it get smaller THEN bigger?! How long does it take for the reverse process ... my measurements are 32-29(ribcage)/31(bellybutton)-39(middle of butt).......i'm aiming for 34-26/28-41 so any tips would be great....cause i cant seem to figure out which workouts would be the best for me off of your site...THANKS!!

Hi,

I am 22 years old and my measurements are 34-26-36. I weigh about 127 lbs. I want to build bigger butt muscles and hips. What exercises would you recommend? Also, I wouldn't mind having thicker legs, but it is not a priority.
