I think most of your problems can be solved by losing bodyfat - Have you looked at any of the fat loss plans at NowLoss.com?

It seems to me like most of your results may be hidden by bodyfat covering up your curvier butt

I weight 230 and my height is 5'7. My upper butt blends in with my lower back. Its ugly. Help! I need to seperate the two. How can I work my upper butt?

My Hips and butt measurement is 47 inches but I am really flat. But my friend is a 45 and her butt is very big. What is the problem? What do I need to do to? Please include some lower back exercises that I can do at home. Also will drinking a supplement like Boost help me gain in my butt.

Hi,
My mom claims that I have no hips after I lost weight and I wanted to know how do I get a curve again without getting belly fat. I just want a bit bigger hips and a rounder and bigger butt. Is it any way possible to do all that, basically I want a tiny wasit with a nice curve alot with a bigger butt.

Your butt is probably getting more toned (taking a better shape) while you're losing overall body fat which may explain why your butt seems like it's getting smaller.

Have you tried the J-lo butt workout?

My butt is really flat. I have been doing the butt exercises but it seems like my butt is getting smaller. I have big legs and thighs, big breast but my butt is awful. It makes me look akward. I have been working on the torso rotation machine at the gym for the waistline maybe this will help. Any advise you have will be greatly appreciated.

Probably not, like i already said - My stuff helps you get a bigger & more rounder (sexier looking) athletic butt and i "Googled" Buffy and Her butt is totally unattractive to me and I can't understand why women would want a butt like hers anyway (just my opinion)But these people also think her butt looks "gross"

Correct me if I'm wrong but... buffy the body's or deelious's butts seem like that mostly fat -

i needed to know how to get an apple bottom i am very flat down there and i need like 5 inches which body sculpting exercise would be best.

Olga,

It's okay to do the "cardio" part of your video everyday and you should do toning exercises 2-to-3 times a week.

It would be best to do your cardio workout first thing in the morining to burn more fat and then do your toning (which you do 2-to-3 times a week) in the evenings

I wanted to thank you for responding to my question. I'm really glad I found this web site. I never really found anybody that was willing to help people out and take time out of their lives to give advice like you do. I hate to bother you with another question but, I started to do a cardio workout video and it incorporates toning. I have a lot of body fat to burn off. I'm 5'2" and I weigh 170. So my question is should I do this video every other day? And if so,what would you recommend I do the other days in between? I really appreciate your help and I'm pretty sure that all the people that you've helped out do too. Thank you again!

I'm just barely starting a workout routine and I wanted to know if there is an exercise to get rid of the fat that gets stored on your lower back? Between your butt area and lower back usually where girls get a tatoo done. I have that problem and when I try wearing a dress or some other garment it makes it look like I have no butt at all. I would really appreciate the help!
