I've been working out as much as I can, alternating with cardio and toning exercises at the gym, but I can't stand my legs, mainly my thights. Is there an exercise that you recommend to slim down thighs, and make it more toned at the same time.

I'm 17 years old, measurements 34'27'40. I occasionally do yoga & cardio exercises but I really want to slim down my hips a little bit.
My butt is kinda big but its mostly flab & fat and I want to get a bigger butt but a muscular, tone one.

All the leg exercises here except the "calf" exercise will build all legs except calves

you can do the beyonce butt workout here or do hill sprints to increase your butt without weights and for the beyonce workout...

You can use milk jugs filled with sand or water for weights

I was wondering if there was anyway to get a bigger butt without having to use weights? Or is there anything i can substitute them with? Either doing more of one exercise, or making my own weights out of something? I dont have any weights at home,and i dont go to the gym, and im aiming to get a bigger/rounder butt in the next 4 weeks. Also does age matter with these exercises? Are there better exercises for certain ages and weights Or does it work for all regardless? Your help will be really appreciated

Yes - running stairs will only help tone & round out your butt without making it TOO much bigger

Hi Adrian, I'm a 13 year old girl, 120-130 lbs, and 5'6-5'9. I just gave you that information because i thought you needed it...anyway I live in a 7 floor apartment building, and would it make my butt bigger if I ran up and down all the flights of stairs? Will this make my butt look all bulky? What I am really aiming for is a bigger, rounder butt, not a bulky, muscular butt.

Supplements are not the answer.

Keep your calories the same.

Have you tried this workout plan here yet? and...

Look at #11 here - increasing your protein & raw vegetable intake should also help

hang in there and keep contacting me until you reach your goal and although it does take people of your weight & height longer to lose weight - you should have lost something...

I think the main thing you need to do workout wise is either up the intensity and/or change the type of workout you're doing and the workout I gave you may do that for you

I've been struggling to lose the last 10 pounds of baby weight, and I've tried all of your suggestions about breaking out of the plateau, like interval training, and eating 5 times a day 200-300 calories, but still very little progress. Do you think that I should try some supplements like Hydroxycut or Slimquick?

Hi Adrian,
I just had my third baby 4 months ago and I am trying to get back into shape. I used to be very toned prepregnancy. I am 5'3" and now weigh 125. I used to weigh 110. Due to some complications during pregnancy I had to stop working out at about 30 weeks plus 2 months of recovery time after baby. I've been working out 3-4 times a week for 1 hour sessions of cardio and about 15 mins weight training (free weights and calisthetics) I've cut back my calories to no more than 1300 a day. I've been stuck at this weight for about a month now. I don't know what more I need to do, I've tried all of your suggestions but the scale won't budge. Please help!

I want to lose weight and get a bigger butt but i rather just get a bigger butt at this point because trying to lose weight hasnt been working. Im 5'4 and 185. I would say that im fat but thick bc alot of the weight is in my chest.
so i was thinking about doing the butt exercise with the chairs and u said that depending on how heavy the weights u use determines if u get a bigger but or just maintain the same size. what will 5 lb weights do i want to increase the size of my butt.. and another thing is my left side of my butt appears to be smaller than my side
could it be bc i usually lean to one side? is there anyway i could make it even.
How long will it take before i see results and why only 2x a week is it that painful

another question is wanted to get rid of my stomach but i think i read somwehre on yuh page tht u cant slim yuh stomach and get a bigger butt but is there a way i can at least get rid of my love handles and like that extra fat in my lower back.

or do u have any other suggestions for me !!!

hi.

I just started the 4 minute butt workout but I'm still not getting through the whole 4 minutes. When I started I measured 37" (26" waist so that probably means I have lower body FAT since I'm skinny otherwise) and I just looked today and I'm 36". So let me get this straight ... I'm ok with my butt size but if I want to tone it I will loose whatever fat I have here thus making it SMALLER ... and THEN I'll have to workout to make it BIGGER. Sigh ... I just thought I could keep the fat and tone the muscle under it because I think getting a bigger butt through workout is going to be really tough ... getting it through fat is so much easier! =)) But if I AM to go by this route and first burn the fat and then build muscle ... how long before I get a toned and "bigger" (or even just go back to my original size though I wouldn't mind being just an inch over that perhaps)? I wanted to be 'ready' by end of March (have a function coming up) and the thing is, when I loose my butt, I look too thin and people think I'm starving myself. =( I don't want to have to go around with a small butt too long and I don't want to risk losing 2-3 inches off my butt and never get them back! Help. (sorry for freaking out on you but i need to be at ease about the exercise I'm doing) Thanks A LOT for your help!

Are you on any kind of diet and exercise plan now?

If yes - you will lose butt fat anyway but the butt exercises will maintain the sexy curvy look

If no - you have nothing to worry about

hi, im a 22yr old female with 2 kids under 2. i am 5'4 and weigh 123 pounds and my measurements are 32-26-36, i really wanna get down to something like 32-24-32 or less if possible. I have really muscly thighs and wanna lose some of it to get leaner looking thighs and loose some of my butt!

and im a girl
i am skinny but want to be skinnier
maybe around 100lbs
i have weight around my thighs and butt
i also have bulky calf and thigh muscles that i want to get rid of
im in sports and just want a workout program that can help me slim down my thighs, butt, and calfs without getting bulky muscles
im starting to eat fewer calories also

Hello, I am 35, have two kids, two bad knees, and one bad foot. Although I have went from 230 lbs, and a size 16 to 175 lbs and a size 10-12, I still have the bigger hips and belly isn't too pleasing either. Any suggestions on how I can achieve my goal to slim these two areas up? Thanks a bunch!

keep losing fat like you did to get to 175

the truth is that no single exercise will slim down an area

only diet and exercise (like cardio or intervals) will slim you down

hi adrain.im 18 years old.my first problem is that i have hips that r bigger than the rest of my body.i have a thin figure except for my hips.also due to this i have kinda stopped eating for a while but im gradually getting back.is there any way u can suggest me a diet and a way to slim down my hips?

im 153 cms tall and i weigh about 44 kgs.i know im not fta or anything but the only area im fat id arnd my hips which makes me discomfortable and i always always worry about it.im always thinking about eating and its not doing any good for me so can u suggest a diet to stay in my current weight and reduce my hips
