I wanted to know if i was to do the 4 min butt workout would it make my butt feel real hard? cuz i just want a big butt no a butt that when my boyfriend slaps my butt it wont move....thats kind of nastyy to me

Hi I've lost a lot of weight and I never really had a butt it's just square what can I do to get it to at least start getting round I have this layer of fat across the top of my butt from left to right and it just seems to stay no matter what I have tried every thing but that layer just won't leave and it makes my butt even squarer if you ask me is there a cd or something that I can incorporate with my regular excercise or am I just not doing the right thing to get a round butt or is there just not any hope for my butt and maybe I need to consider other Drastic Options?

what is your weight and height? -

you may need to lose butt first and as you lose fat or afterwards...

you can do butt workouts to round out your butt

I would like to know how to lift and firm my breast without making them any bigger. Is it possible to get 34DDD Breast to stand on their own without the help of a bra? Do you sale DVD on Breast exercises and Butt exercises?

I just got done doing this and I feel really sore in my back and thighs. My butt doesnt feel sore. Could I be doing it wrong since Im only feeling it in my thighs? Also is this one better or the bridges with weight better to get a bigger butt faster?

Does not mean you're doing it wrong but next time try pushing from your heels with your toes elevated but yes...

using weights will definitely make your butt bigger faster

You wont give your body a chance to recover and give you the results you want so...

only do at the max 3x a week 1-to-3x a day

The J-lo is much better overall for a bigger butt.

so i commented on your other video , the thing is im a tiny girl i had a nice butt till i tryed to make it bigger a few weeks ago and it ended up losing it ! i am not tryna lose and weight if anything i been tryna gain weight ! im tryna get a bigger butt asap , can you please tell me what videos to watch so i can learn how to get one , should i be using weights? i need help again please dont show me anything that will make me lose it and tighten it i want to make it bigger .
