Okay so i'm 16, 5'4, and weight 128 pounds. I want to flatten my stomach out and get a big butt (Fatter, rounder etc). I have a small butt to begin with and i'm not sure which workout to pick because i'm petrified that it will flatten my butt out even more.. So what i'm trying to ask is which workout and diet plan do you suggest I should go with?

I want to make my legs stronger and my butt bigger but keep my breasts. My tummy isn't bad at all I just need a bigger butt. Any physical activity for me is like ridiculously hard (I have determination and motivation but my body does not like it) my boyfriend likes me a little chubby and he wants me to have a ghetto booty but right now it's quite pathetic. I just ordered your DVD and am so excited to try it but once I achieve my big butt do I do the same workout to keep it or is popping my booty on my boyfriend a few times a week enough lol

Hi, I was wondering if this would work if I could use this with my bed? The reason I ask this is for two reasons:
1. I don't want to end up doing this in the living room or kitchen for my whole family to see (I'm 13).
2. I don't want to use a launc chair or a old chair in the garage when it's cold out side (I live in Ohio and it's freezing here). Though, if I have to do this in the garage, I will.

hello Adrian,
so i've tried to do this exercise,....it HARD, everytime i lift my self my legs and thighs shiver and hurt. i try to squeeze my butt, BUT i cant feel it bcoz the pain of my legs n thighs is over that and thats all i can think about when im liftin myself up. i can do it but only for 1 set, the 2nd is a challenge for me.
SO,
i lay on the mat and lifted my lower body and squeezed my butt and now i can feel it while my shoulders r on the ground. i've did it 4 sets 10 reps.
My question is, dose it have the same or would i hav the same result with this???? IF yes, how many reps., sets, and times a week i should do them to get an outstanding bigger wider butt.

yes - that will work for you and you are on the right track because as long as you strive to get stronger each workout then your butt will get bigger
