I want to say thanks for the DVD its great! I wish there were more butt exercises on it. I'm asking you this: I have just a lilttle fat on my butt it still looks flat with my clothes. I have real small chicken legs and I wanna knw what do I do to get very big thighs and wide hips with a really big butt? Can u give me a very clear plan? Thanks!

but asw you get stronger and use heavier weights you will need to take longer breaks to allow your muscles to recover
If i ONLY do this exercise, keep adding extra weight as it gets easier, and do it 2 times a week (in a row) twice a day, will my butt keep getting a lot bigger?
Also, should i take any breaks in between weeks?

yes but once you add eight you may want to switch over to doing this exercise here and doing 4-6 sets of 6-12 reps using HEAVIER weight.
using 15 pound dumbbells does not count as heavy weight
heavy weight means it will only let you do 6-12 reps
this and squats seem to be working my quads out more than my butt. My quads are incredibly sore, but I feel absolutely nothing in my butt.
Is this a form issue, or just that my quads are too weak at the moment?
it could be both but make sure you check your form first
are you mainly pushing from your heels and going down so deep on squats that your butt almost touches the ground? and are you doing the hip thrust before squats?
My butt is really flat & has no shape...if i do this routine 4 two months & more....will it work

you can see results within 2-3 weeks and if you're not satisifed with your results then you'll have to do this same exercise with weights

I know some women who place their kids on their laps or you can take a bookbag and fill it with stuff for weight.

you'll see results before that - your butt will be much more firmer and rounder but it may take little longer for a bigger butt

hi adrian i wanted to do the 4 minute butt workout but i wanted to know if i can drank a glass of milk for protein after the workout so my butt muscles can grow lol because right now i have no whey protein. also if i dont use extra weight what kind of results will i get? will it make my butt small or big?
milk & whey are only a couple of options - more protein sources
you may me satisfied with your resutls without weights but if not then you'll need weights
Im very skinny and i tryed doing squats and lunges to get a bigger butt.but it cause me to lose weight so i was wondering this really works because i heard u said dont do it everytday or u wont see no results because i do those exercise everyday

if you do it too much (like everyday) then you'll never get results like a bigger butt BUT...
you can get a firmer and rounder butt (but not too much bigger butt) if you did it daily

if you want a better looking butt - YES - just do it 1-to-3 times a week in a row or take a day rest in between but on the other hand...
if you want a BIGGER and better looking butt - you'll need a plan like this
