Do 4-to-6 sets of 5-to-10 reps using EXTRA weights 1-to-2 times a week

Make sure you push from your heels and more importantly...

don't arch your back or throw your back up when doing this - focus on using just your butt more but whatever you do...

you may always feel this in your back slightly

...im pregnate and weigh 119...i love my shape but i want wider hips and bigger thighs..b4 i got pregnate i was doing the hill sprints and it worked great on my but...but right now i feel like im only breast and stomach...help

when I did the squats for bigger rounder butts I noticed that my thighs muscle also get bigger. Will this exercise make my thighs bigger too?

are the butt bridge reps good for your tummy too?

I'm having a hard time holding myself up with my thighs when I do the bridge, am I doing something wrong? I'm not out of shape and I don't think that my legs are weak..

no - butt only

you just have to keep doing this until your thigh muscles get stronger (which they will) so you can do this butt hold longer

hey i was wondering i wanted to lose weight n build a bigger sculpted
i am a toned person but with lil flab some places
is it possible to tone the whole of your body and get a bigger butt
my main issue is my thighs, and my lower back and stomach
i'm just really confused with it
n does the butt exercise help to get bigger hips also?

my name is veronica. i do have a nice butt, but i want it to be bigger. im very skinny and i have a nice shape. my butt is big for my size (i think). i am scared that if i start doing these butt exercises i will loss the butt i already have. will i ? or will my butt get bigger with muscle and not loss anything. and will it be hard and not (juicy)? lol

Hi, I am 21 yr. Old african american female......I danced for 14yrs. (ballet,african,tap,jazz,modern and hiphop) weighed btw 145lbs to 150lbs think yet strong now I haved danced or anything active in three yrs. I worked out on and off but nothing presistant.Now I weigh 125lbs. No muscle and almost skin and bones. All I have that's not going away is my thighs lol. I've been trying to gain weight and my curves for 2 yrs. (which I lost with weight lost). I don't how or why I lost weight when I eat what I want. How do I gain weight back and curves the right way? And will it take me a long time to get back up to par? But once I achieve my goal ima maintain it so I don't have this problem......
