don't arch your back or throw your back up when doing this - focus on using just your butt more but whatever you do...

when I did the squats for bigger rounder butts I noticed that my thighs muscle also get bigger. Will this exercise make my thighs bigger too?

you just have to keep doing this until your thigh muscles get stronger (which they will) so you can do this butt hold longer

Hi, I am 21 yr. Old african american female......I danced for 14yrs. (ballet,african,tap,jazz,modern and hiphop) weighed btw 145lbs to 150lbs think yet strong now I haved danced or anything active in three yrs. I worked out on and off but nothing presistant.Now I weigh 125lbs. No muscle and almost skin and bones. All I have that's not going away is my thighs lol. I've been trying to gain weight and my curves for 2 yrs. (which I lost with weight lost). I don't how or why I lost weight when I eat what I want. How do I gain weight back and curves the right way? And will it take me a long time to get back up to par? But once I achieve my goal ima maintain it so I don't have this problem......
