in your case you're going to have to use some form of resistance or weights to get results. you can place a bookbag on your lap that is filled with weights or you can place a small child on your lap

Hi Adrian! I did your butt workout and I can see the results. My next questions are:
1.) How do I make my butt rounder? It's growing bigger but it slopes down like Rachel Bilson's butt. I want it to be perky and round. I do the butt bridges, lunges and dumbbell squats 2x a week.
2.) What exercises do you recommend to narrow down my waist? I've already slimmed down to my target weight (113 lbs) but there's still fat around my waistline. I don't want 6 pack abs. I just want a narrower waist to sculpt a curvy body. I do the wood-chop 2x a week along with the butt workouts.

I love your workouts and website.
I am trying to get a rounder,perkier butt. I don't want a strong butt, aiming for just bigger and rounder butt fast. Ive lost 53 pounds nd Im aiming to lose 47 more. Unfortunately i haven't been able to lose my stomach fat. It's still round nd taking forever to get smaller. Help!!!
So I need help achieving a smaller stomach and bigger butt

if you have 47 more pounds to lose I strongly recommend you focus JUST on that first and then get a bigger butt

I am looking for a workout to get a flatter tummy and firmer bigger butt...I have had five children within the last 7 years and have found it very hard to get the results that I want.

I'm doing the Jessica Biel Butt Workout. Plie squats aren't effective? The 20lb dumbbells are too big for my hands. I'm not kidding you when I say that I have small hands. When I try the dumbbell squat, each hand can't grasp the whole dumbbell. It slips off so that's why I stick to the plie squat so I can securely grasp one dumbbell with both hands.
I forgot to mention that I also use the 15lb dumbbell for my butt bridges (5 sets of 10 reps) but I will try using the squat machine at my local gym. My concern is that my hands are too small so it slides off.

yes
if you have access to a gym then do regular squats and also do the bridges with more than 15 pounds (which is nothing)
Try starting off with at least 35-to-50 pounds on the bridges

Hi Adrian! I've been doing this workout 1x a week for a month along with:
- 5 sets of 10 reps plie squats with 15lb dumbbells (I can only do up to 15lb because my hands and arms are small so I can't grasp a 20 lb or more dumbbell.
- 3 sets of 10 reps clock lunges no dumbbells because I lose my balance whenever I use the 10lb dumbbells.
- 2 sets of single leg squats with 10lb dumbbells.
- 30 mins of running
Yet I've only noticed a very minimal change in my butt. It's not even firm and/or perky. Is there anything else I can do to speed it up? I also follow your diet advice to the tee.

which one of my plans are you following because all of my plans require you use heavier weights than what you are using and...
with the amount of weight you are using then all you will get is a firmer butt and instead of pile squats where you are limited in how much weight you can use...
why not do regular squats? adn if you want to follow my plan to the tee...
Do this plan here and dont be scared to use the heavier weights that will give you the butt you want for faster results
