So happy to found your site...I would so appreciate some answers..First just had baby six and i am 40..happy to say people always think i am early 30's and i have done well at maintaining figure with not much exercise..things are changing though..i am 5 '4' about 140 pds...about 34-25-38 (including thighs )..always had tiny waist and nice hips and butt...however i lost too much weight and alot of my butt and my hamstrings and inner thighs are awful..flabby and i have major cellulite now...not happy...So i do elliptical 4 times a week am starting you butt workout...CAN I ONLY DO THE BUTT/HAMSTRING THRUST ONCE A WEEK? OR CAN I DO IT MORE?....also..WHAT IS ONE GOOD EXERCISE FOR GIVING LIFT TO BREASTS? just want to be alittle more perky after nursing. please help...by the way....although i have lost most of my butt, its in my genetics to have one..always have had one and most of my weight goes to butt and thighs...CAN EXERCISE GET RID OF CELLULITE OR AM I STRUCK WITH FOR LIFE NOW?..BTW... I have a healthy diet and drink tons of water.

doing the elliptical up to 7 days a week plus doing the butt workout ONLY once a week is all you need to firm up and reduce flab

Hello, I have a very nice body and I can say that my butt is nice BUT I want it bigger on the top, do this exercises help me?? I'd like to get something like an apple butt.

Hello. I'm 22 years old and am an aspiring porn star, but I need to tone up. I don't know how heavy the weights need to be and I'll probably end up using paint cans or something. I want to keep it's size, but just want it firmer. Will this help?

for example...

if a workout plan says to do 5-10 reps then you need to pick a weight heavy enough to only allow you to do 5-10 reps

anything over 10 reps is too light

anything less than 5 is too heavy

I really do. But the thing is i dont have any exercise equipment. Where i live there is no gym. I got to go two hours to reach a gym.I was wondering what i should do without equipment. I way 220 pound im 5'6 and im 23 years of age also female... Please help thanks

at your weight and height

weight loss should be your priority for looking better

at this point any butt exercise will help you by making your butt firmer and rounder so you can do most of butt exercises at home right with little or no weight.

you'll see a change but...

your butt wont get REAL big since you are not giving it time to rest and if you can do it everyday then that right there tells me you are not using enough intensity (weight, rep and set wise) to get resutls

you need to make your butt workout so intense that you only want to do it 1-2 times a week for results

your butt will firm up quickly but it will take a little longer for a bigger butt

you maybe able to get the reuslts you like without weights but if not then YES - you will need weights

my butt used to be big, but because of frequent sexual intercourse with my husband, it went kinda flat. is the workout still suitable?

my waist is 29 and butt now is 37.

Hi, I'm 18 years old, and I am pretty thin but I have a nice figure and I would like a bigger BUTT and bigger THIGHS, and I already have hips and a nice waist. What exercise should I do to achieve that?

I also go to the gym near my house and when I attend it, I only work out my butt and thighs, I understand that some women go there to get a SMALLER butt and I would like to know what machines I should stay away from that make the butt smaller.

depends on how big you want it but you could see a change in size in as little as 2 weeks

you're going to have to be creative and find something to put on your lap and use it as weights if you want a bigger butt.

you may be able to get results with this without weights

I have lost all the weight that I need to, but my stomache and waist are still fat. If I lose any more weight I will be smaller that I want to be and look sick. Because of my body type, I gain weight in my mid section, arms, back and shoulder area. What can I do to get that hour glass or pear shape.

Neither is better and both are very good for a better butt

I would pick one and rotate every 3-6 weeks

Adrian, I am of average weight for my height of 5'5". If I follow your weighted squats (4 sets of 8-10) and butt bridge (4 sets of 8-12) routines to achieve a bigger butt, approximately how long will it be before I see some results? How long does it take to work?

Hey, I am currently using 5KG weights. I only want to make my bum bigger fast! not my thighs. How many times should i do it a week? and how many a day?

Would you say 5KG is okay, or should i increase it higher or lower?

Also i have not got a bench, But i have a sofa which i lean and go back on which is the same height as your bench that you use, would that still do the same job?

1-2 times a week for 5 sets of 8-12 reps and if you feel like you can do more than 12 reps then the weight is TOO LIGHT and you need to increase it and IF you can't do 5-6 reps in OKAY form then it's TOO heavy

if just doing this...

do 4 sets of 10-20 reps without weight 2-3 times a week or

4 sets of 8-12 reps with weight 1-2 times a week

Currently im doing your weighted squats and butt bridges with extra weight to get a bigger rounder butt. You show several different ways to obtain my goal..My question is if im doing 2 or more of the different type of butt exersices with heavy weights do i still do 4 sets of 8-12 or should my total sets be 4 of 8-12 no matter which combination im using??? i don't want to overdue it...please advise..thanks

You could do that but I would do 4 sets of 5-10 with squats and 4 sets of 8-12 with butt bridges
