So happy to found your site...I would so appreciate some answers..First just had baby six and i am 40..happy to say people always think i am early 30's and i have done well at maintaining figure with not much exercise..things are changing though..i am 5 '4' about 140 pds...about 34-25-38 (including thighs )..always had tiny waist and nice hips and butt...however i lost too much weight and alot of my butt and my hamstrings and inner thighs are awful..flabby and i have major cellulite now...not happy...So i do elliptical 4 times a week am starting you butt workout...CAN I ONLY DO THE BUTT/HAMSTRING THRUST ONCE A WEEK? OR CAN I DO IT MORE?....also..WHAT IS ONE GOOD EXERCISE FOR GIVING LIFT TO BREASTS? just want to be alittle more perky after nursing. please help...by the way....although i have lost most of my butt, its in my genetics to have one..always have had one and most of my weight goes to butt and thighs...CAN EXERCISE GET RID OF CELLULITE OR AM I STRUCK WITH FOR LIFE NOW?..BTW... I have a healthy diet and drink tons of water.
doing the elliptical up to 7 days a week plus doing the butt workout ONLY once a week is all you need to firm up and reduce flab

if a workout plan says to do 5-10 reps then you need to pick a weight heavy enough to only allow you to do 5-10 reps
anything over 10 reps is too light
anything less than 5 is too heavy

at this point any butt exercise will help you by making your butt firmer and rounder so you can do most of butt exercises at home right with little or no weight.

your butt wont get REAL big since you are not giving it time to rest and if you can do it everyday then that right there tells me you are not using enough intensity (weight, rep and set wise) to get resutls

1-2 times a week for 5 sets of 8-12 reps and if you feel like you can do more than 12 reps then the weight is TOO LIGHT and you need to increase it and IF you can't do 5-6 reps in OKAY form then it's TOO heavy

do 4 sets of 10-20 reps without weight 2-3 times a week or
4 sets of 8-12 reps with weight 1-2 times a week
Currently im doing your weighted squats and butt bridges with extra weight to get a bigger rounder butt. You show several different ways to obtain my goal..My question is if im doing 2 or more of the different type of butt exersices with heavy weights do i still do 4 sets of 8-12 or should my total sets be 4 of 8-12 no matter which combination im using??? i don't want to overdue it...please advise..thanks 
You could do that but I would do 4 sets of 5-10 with squats and 4 sets of 8-12 with butt bridges
