the excercises worked the first two weeks but now my butt is flat at the top...I'm eating more but I really want my butt back...I think the muscle burnt all the fat

I have a question. When you lose weight do you lose it in the areas which have the most body fat first? My problem is I want to drop a few pounds so my arms can get smaller, but I have nice legs and thighs and dont want to lose them. Is this the sacrifice I have to make to look good in a sleeveless shirt?

it varies... different people lose in differrent places at different times but generally...

Do I need to gain weight and eat more to gain bigger butt muscles because currently I maintain a good diet and I really dont want to gain any weight! However I really want a bigger butt!

of course you do - you need to gain muscle weight for a bigger butt and I think you're scared of gaining fat and in most cases this does not happen and even when it does...

It's only a small amount and any fat you gain (if any) can be burned back off with this here

hi adrian... my name is mrs. atkins. my butt is so flat and my legs are wayyy smaller than my upper body. can you help me pleeeeease. i have started an ab program but i dont know how to lose weight without making my legs even skinnier.

Adrian,

I do cardio for 1 hr 5-6 days. I do legs 2x a week, which consist of squats, lunges, deadlifts, step-ups with weights, leg press, inner/outer thigh exercises. I have been doing this routine for 2 months now and my butt is toning up nicely. However, i want it to be perfectly round and toned. Should i increase the weight?? I usually use about 12.5 kg for the squats and lunges and 15kg for deadlifts. please help me get the perfect butt!!

add one of the best butt exercises that'll ONLY make your butt muscles bigger here with weights and then do just squats but 5 sets of 5-10 reps using heavier weights

my name is alysha. i'm 5 foot tall and i weigh only about 95 lbs. i'm skinny especially in the hip, butt, and leg area and was wondering if you knew any exercises to make me bigger and thicker in these areas. i'm looking to increase my hip/butt size a couple of inches or so bigger. help! i'm tired of being skinny and being thin!!
