I have a question. When you lose weight do you lose it in the areas which have the most body fat first? My problem is I want to drop a few pounds so my arms can get smaller, but I have nice legs and thighs and dont want to lose them. Is this the sacrifice I have to make to look good in a sleeveless shirt?

of course you do - you need to gain muscle weight for a bigger butt and I think you're scared of gaining fat and in most cases this does not happen and even when it does...
It's only a small amount and any fat you gain (if any) can be burned back off with this here

I do cardio for 1 hr 5-6 days. I do legs 2x a week, which consist of squats, lunges, deadlifts, step-ups with weights, leg press, inner/outer thigh exercises. I have been doing this routine for 2 months now and my butt is toning up nicely. However, i want it to be perfectly round and toned. Should i increase the weight?? I usually use about 12.5 kg for the squats and lunges and 15kg for deadlifts. please help me get the perfect butt!!
add one of the best butt exercises that'll ONLY make your butt muscles bigger here with weights and then do just squats but 5 sets of 5-10 reps using heavier weights
