When you raise your leg while doing these exercise it's like doing single sky bridges right? And i read that it's a very good exercise for the upper butt..is it?
And by the what's the difference of doing these exercise and butt bridge and the both legs at the same or one at the time?

Final question, what's the best upper butt exercises? I know a few: good mornings, dead lift, stiff dead lift and glute ham exercise..and i recently discovered that single sky bridge as the same porpose, can you tell me more exercises and if these ones are really good to develop upper butt?

The only difference between 2 or 1 legs is that the 1 leg is more intense and will give you a better workout if the 2 leg version is too easy.

There is no such thing as an upper or lower butt exercises and all the exercises here work the entire butt area or let me say this...

There is no way to ISOLATE just the upper part of your butt and the dead lift actually works ALL your leg muscles

But to build muscles, for example..is it better to do buttbridge with both legs with 50lbs , or just one leg with 25lbs?

Well, ,let me put it this way, it's exercises for lower back, for instance, dead lift and good mornings works lower back and harmstring right? And if it works the lower back, the upper part butt its also worked..right? Do you know more exercises like that ones (to lower back)?

And what's better to lower back, dead lift or stiff dead lift? And the single sky bridge (similar to what you do in this video when one of your legs it's out of the chair) works the same muscles as well (lower back and harmstrings right?

It's best to do the way that makes your muscles stronger but the 2 versions you recomened would give about the same results.

I'm not a big fan of good mornings but the dead or stiff legged deads will get you what you're looking for
