so to do this workout, on the 3rd week, i would have to do the one with weights, and one without weights (twice a week, one with weights one without)?

also how long would i have to keep doing this? until it gets too easy and i have to graduate to the jessica biel butt workout? cos for the next month or two i will have no access to weights, save for some light dumbbells at home.

So i wanted to do the four minute butt workout and the bulgerian squats on Mondays and Fridays to get that perfect Amber Rose body. Would that work to get bigger hips,thighs and butt ? or do I need to add somthing else to it?

what happens if i do this workout 4 times a week and take a week off every three weeks of doing it will it make my butt bigger or toned and before i do this workout i run track in the afternoon and im 15 years old

Doing it too often will actually slow you down so only do it 1-2 times a week

No you only do this workout 1-to-2x per week and no more so yes... You do nothing at all (butt or leg wise) while you rest

If I follow this Bulgarian workout twice a week will I get the same results as with the Jessica Biel workout or is the Jessica Biel workout still better.

The biel workout is a more complete butt workout which I recommend you do and the bulgarian workout is included in the biel workout
