Doing bulgarian squats to make your butt bigger & less flat

It's very important your heels stay flat on the floor while doing this butt exercise and focus on pushing with your heels instead of your toes so you can feel it making your butt bigger and...

You want to squat down as deep as you can because the deeper you squat down... The better butt workout you get and if you have a hard time keeping you heels flat on the floor as you try to squat down deeper....

Im currently 5'6 and my weight is 138pounds but im currently on a diet plan to loose 15 pounds the problem is that i dont wanna loose my butt cuz it is not big what exercises do u recommend me to make my butt bigger ASAP??

Hey I have been trying to get a hour glass body....right now I am skinny, no butt, breasts are big enough, but they are hanging down, and my stomach is just not flat enough, it sort of poke out from time to time. When I wear my jeans, i have no shape at all. I really need advice on what to eat to build muscles to make a bigger butt and also how to get a super flat belly and hips that come out like beyonce.

Hi I just wanted to know which is the vida guerra workout I click on it but then it takes me to jessica biel's. also I'm afraid to lose my butt if I do cardio will that happen. I'm not overweight just want to lose about 10lbs but don't want to lose my curves or butt.

What do you recommend?

I have used supplements to get my butt bigger, but when it comes to exercise, I get so lazy or I don't know exactly what to do on my own. Your website is extremely helpful, but I am a exercise DVD fanatic! BUT all the DVDs are geared towards weightloss, and none focus on weight training so much. I was excited about the Brazilian Butt Lift Dvd coming out, I thought FINALLY, a DVD to make you have a larger, more plump butt! UNTIL I saw the infomercial . I was extremely disappointed because my goal is NOT for a flat more "toned" booty. I WANT IT BIGGER! BIG is sexy. I feel like it would be so much easier for me, and I am sure alot of ladies feel the same way....If someone would come out with a compilation DVD of exercises you can do at home, with dumbbells, barbells, and ankle weights, that will make your butt BIGGER! not smaller and tight, but HUGE and ROUND! LOL! Could YOU please, please, please make a compilation DVD of all your BEST butt building exercises???? I will buy it, no matter what it cost! PLEASE!

I was wondering ...

do I still do this exercise twice a week if I'm doing it as part of the jessica biel workout?

and will this also workout my thighs, including my hamstrings, inner and outer thighs?

No - you would just follow the Biel workout as is using the "bulgarian squats" as part of the workout IF you choose to do so and yes...

Squats (any squats) will work all those areas

i have a slapable butt so making it bigger isnt my main problem...i worry more about the fat under my but and i guess u'd call it my outter thighs..they make my butt look flatter and wider wen looking at me from the back any tips

what's your exact weight and height?

It may be you have to lose more fat and/or firm up your butt area more

i love my butt but i want it lifted an i want to loose my belly fat well my pouch my stomach hasnt recovered since giving birth to my kids it seems everytime i try to loose my stomach my butt shrinks an start looking then i stop so can u please tell me what i can do to loose my belly and keep my big butt an lift it by my b day june twenty fourth email also plz
