Ok. I weigh around 122 pounds (5ft 2) at the moment and would really like to be in the 100-105 range. I can't control what foods I eat at night because my parents cook dinner and they start complaining if I decide to make my own dinner. So is there a recommended exercise that I can do?

Hi, I need help, I am 5'4, 165 lbs. I only gain weight in my Abs and upper body (Breast) especially. Which also causes my back to widening out. Can i just do upper body exercises without it affecting my lower body. I work my lower body out on the treadmill with a high incline #. When i do aerobics, i lose too much weight in my butt/legs. I only want to loose stomach/breast. Would just wearing the top of a sauna suit help too? Thank you.

to lose weight anywhere means you have to lose weight everywhere so whatever you do know to lose weight will make your upper body smaller and doing specific upper body exercises will not automactially make your upper body smaller

Iam impressed. well am sure you can help me out. i am 26yrs 5ft 6 and i weigh 60 kgs. with diabetes and i am a vegetarian, i do have flabby arms and not a perfect flat belly with strech marks , i do wanna have beautiful shoulder blades too. so tell me how can i lose about three more kilos and get my arms, belly and shoulders look great in a month.

hi i workout everyother day and i run 1 mile everyday but i started running 2 miles yesterday. well see the problem is i have man boobs and ive had them since forever. I do pushups, cardio, bench press..really everything u can think of to get rid of them but nothing seems to work. and i am eating healthy no fatty stuff. please help.

look at this here - you may have gyno which can only be cured with surgery but before you go that route...

If you have chest fat (instead of boobs) then you need to basically lose overall body fat and before surgery...

I am 15 years old 5'9 and I weigh 185lbs. I have joined my second year of NJROTC and I would like to be able to keep up with the Physical Training. My problem is that I eat because I’m bored, I have very little motivation (everything I try doesn’t motivate me), and my family is not up to supporting me. I would like to lose at least 60lbs as fast as possible but I don't want to cause my skin to sag or anything, plus I want to have fun while I do a workout. I am busy with a job and volunteering in my community so I was wondering if there is a way to lose weight in a reasonable manner that I will be able to follow and continue to follow for future years.

I have serious problems with my weight. I love to workout, I mean LOVE. I play for a high school basketball team and work out 3-5 times a week. But I have problems with eating the right foods. I also like to eat and I can't really balance the two. A huge event is coming up in 3 weeks and I need to drop 40 or so pounds before then. I was wondering if you can help me with a specific diet plan and workout that will help me drop 40 pounds in 2-3 weeks. This event will highlight all my basketball years and memories and I would not like to be remembered as chubby or fat; I would like to be remembered as a great athlete. Thank you so much. This would really mean alot to me.

losing 40 pounds in 2 weeks will make you look SICK and weak and very far from the beautiful athletic person you are but...

do this quick diet to lose as much weight as you can which will probably be 10-to-20 pounds but you will not look sick and weak

Hey,
I've been working out for about 2 months to lose my belly fat but I still weigh the same. I have a healthy diet and workoutbout but I feel like it's not working. Is it because I'm doing just crumches and not cardio? I need some help losing my belly fat. Suggestions would be appreciated.

I am working hard to loose weight and build my body at the same time.
My daily calorie intake doesn't exceed 1250 and drink 3-4 caps of green tea, half liter of milk and 1L of cold water. I run 3x a day each 20 minutes and go to gym 3 times a week and go as well to sauna (infrared) daily for 30m. Sofar I have lost 4kg in one month. Please give me advice to perform better. I am 5.8 and 185lb. Thank you in advance. I wish to loose more 20lb.

I recently gave birth and now I am finding it very difficult to find time to reduce my baby weight. I am now 198lbs and 5f4inches. I need to lose weight. With a 8 month old, finding time is my excuse. But I do not want to say that any more. Also I breastfeed so I am wondering if there is any diet plan for breast feeding women to lose weight?
