Aubry,
You'd have to ask your doctor but I do know breast/chest exercises help firm/lift un-enhanced breast

Will doing the chest exercises help saggy breast if you have submuscular breast implants? I have had them for 5yrs and they looked great untill I had a baby now they are not so great. I know from reading that doing any chest exercise will increase the risk of rupturing an implant, but if I can do anything to try and fix them without having to go back under the knife before I have to would be great.

manda,
I don't think your weight loss routines or methods would be that much different from anybody else's but to be safe...
You should check with your doctor before starting any weight loss plan
I like your weight loss video for 5 lbs, 15 lbs. etc.
For the plans involving limiting calorie intake such as losing 15 lbs, what would be your recommendation for someone like me who has a mild level of hypoglycemia and hence needed high protein intake from sources such as beef? Can you email me? My gmail id is manda.a.777.

raima,
Go here to reduce breast
Abcd,
The main thing you need to do is go on a fat loss plan to reduce upper body fat
Christina,
This'll help you do more pushups and as for a workout routine with what you have...
Just go here and browse thru all the exercises and then pick 1-to-2 exercises for each body part and try to work each bodypart 1-to-2 times a week and...
7.5 pound dumbbells may be heavy to you or not but I can assure you that with some of the exercises that will be heavy but if you still need help finding the right exercise to do to fit your needs...

Hi Adrian. I just found out about the site but it looks really awesome and I'd like to say thanks for putting these videos up and helping people without making us pay. =]
Anywho, my question is. Which of these exercises would be good to do together as an all around workout routine? The only thing I've got to work with is the floor in my room, and two 7.5lb dumbbells. I'm just a teenager and I don't have access to a gym or heavier weights, so whatever I do will have to be within the restrictions of what I have.
I'm not really overweight, but I'm out of shape and I need to tone up all around... I'm going to be starting a karate class soon and I don't want to be embarrassed if I can't do more than one or two pushups, haha.
~ Thanks

pugwash,
Try these flat tummy exercises
Maha,
The exercises here are not a program for upper body - it's just a list of upper body exercises for women and you only need to pick about 2-to-4 exercises and use light-to-moderate weights for higher reps for only 2-to-3 times a week.
shanita,
