hello. thank you for this resource!!!! i have a few questions in my butt workout. i have set a routine that includes some of your suggestions for building a rounder butt. i have a high waist that makes my butt look long and my hips square. how can i round that out or is that something that the exercises will fix? second, i was able to lose some weight from changing my water but the weight at my hips went first but the belly fat is resilient. i want to lose the belly fat and am working on it but i would like to round out my hips and butt. is there a certain group of exercises you recommend? i was trying to build the muscle before the fat came off but the fat came off where i wanted to keep the hips quicker than i thought. i also take a protein drink with my exercises. thanx!!!!! and thank you much for this site and wish you infinite success!!!!

I followed your lose 50 pounds workout after I had a baby and lost the 50 pounds I gained while pregnant. Howeve, it's been 1 year and I am having trouble toning my tummy. It is soft no matter how much cardio/abs I do and I can tell my core is not as strong as it used to be. Can you please help me to tone my tummy? Btw, I am 5'9, 136 pounds, 27 waist. I would also like to have a smaller waist.

I have been doing the ab exercises, but my abs are actually looking puffier than before. I'm not sure what I am doing wrong.
In addition, I am finding when I lay on my side, the top layer (fat) of my tummy slides to that side. It's really gross
Is there anything I can do to flatten and tighten the muslces?

you're already lean so it could be that you have a little stubborn fat you have left and only this advanced plan will help with that but also...

i have great upper abs, they are flat and toned but my lower abs need major work. i try doing sit ups and cruches but my lower abs will not get any more toned. any advice?

Hey, I am 21 and 175cm and 73kg of weight.Well according to the studies and my friends I am not fat which is true but the problem here is that extra fat on my stomach which doesn't look nice somtimes especially when i have a heavy meal.I tried doing ab exercise but then its of no use until the extra fat goes off.I just want to be able to remove my shirt at the beach.Suggest an particular exercise and a diet plan please.Thanks

I even got a trainer from Bally's i lost some weight but not enough to take the weight off my back. Everyone is telling me to do cardio 3 times a week 3o to hr a day. I am currently doing the INSANITY workout. It is great, very challenging. THe problem I have is getting in the necessary 1800 calories. I need help getting in about 500-600 calories (breakfast and snack) before noon. If at all possible, I like to drink my breakfast b/c I have to leave home before 8am, and I am just not in the mood to cook a big meal or eat one! Any advice?
the answer depends on your hunger levels.
generally.. it's best to have a solid breakfast to prevent hunger and kick start metabolism (although drinking does same) but a solid meal will prevent hunger and if your hunger is not an issue then the liquid meal is just fine.
If you can get in at least 1200-1500 that's fine as long as your hunger levels stay in check and...
dont stress over hitting 1800 calories a day - just try to stick within a range of 1800 each day and as long as you dont go WAY over 1800 and as long as you dont get real hungry eating way less than 1800 then you'll be okay
I did receive your DVD, and I tried it the 1st time todaypretty Intense!. Im 18, Don't Quite know my Weight im Guessing 170 and im about 5 Foot and my pants size is about 13! And I was wondering if the home work outs you have besides the mechine work outs will it still work? Because I dont have no mechines nor weights. So if I do The bum work out and the running and all the stuff you have for home work outs will I still lose weight?

I want to lose all my belly fat, but I had surgery in Sept of 2008 for Crhon's Disease and everytime I go to do a crunch or sit up it hurts my abdominal area so badly. I try to break through the pain but it just hurts. What should I do? This also happens when I stand and work out like some of the workout dvds have. I don't know what to do.
losing belly fat has nothing to with abdominal exercises but more to do with exercising and eating right so I'm guessing you're eating right and for you...
the easy challange is finding an activity you can do that does not cause pain and when I say activity...
I mean doing stuff like cardio or intervals and not toning exxercises so for example...
what about riding a bike? is that painful? you see,..
in this case - only you will be able to truly come up with a safe activity to lose belly fat
I lost weight (around 30 pds) i'm 5'7, 158 pds.< just had a baby last year and this year May. I have worked out for months now, cardio & jogging, that's what helped. But i still have a huge belly. My diet is 8 on a scale of 10, so I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Its frustrating cause I want a flat mid-section, I dont care about a six pack right now, just give me a flat stomach I say.
Lower body-I have none. I want big legs, thighs and butt. I keep hearing squats, but when I do them my lower bak hurts which means I'm doing improperly. Please help, need alternative methods to the normal way of doing things. Thanks. (Just found your site today, I will be following your plan.
