Do this for sagging breast and with your belly...

You'll need to ask your doctor what to realistically expect with that but other than that...

You need to go here for a flat stomach

Tisa W,

To get a smaller waist - you need to lose Love handle fat with more diet & exercise or...

If you don't have any or not much love handle fat - you can do love handle exercises to make your waist LOOK smaller but really...

The main thing is to keep losing fat but if your stomach is already flat like you say then I can't see why your stomach doesn't already look like this and maybe...

You may need to do butt, back, and shoulder toning exercises to bring out your curves making your waist look smaller but really...

I think you're one of those ladies who already look good and you're waist probably looks just fine and I think you're just going for 110% perfection

Hey Adrian, It's Tisa again and thank you for the advice. But, I don't really need to lose any fat, as my stomach is already flat. So do I just do the ab workouts? What I was really looking for was the tapered look, where my waist would be really small, like in these pics: http://thumbsnap.com/v/jZd4rbGl.jpg and http://thumbsnap.com/v/Lew7uvEL.jpg. Thanks in advance, you are really helpful!

Tisa W.,

You can easily get those results by doing fat burning exercises like intervals 4 times a week and doing this ab workout 1-to-2 times a week

#22

Hey Adrian,
I know there isn't such thing as spot training (I think) but, i was wondering if you know any exercises that would sculpt my abs and leave the rest of my body alone. Here's an example of the result i want: http://thumbsnap.com/v/Lew7uvEL.jpg

Thanks Adrian! Thanks to hormones, our ribcages expand to make room for our growing babies. It is perfectly normal. Mine just didn't go back, which many times happens. Maybe being thin makes it more obvious. It just bothers me!

Thanks again!

Lisa B,

Sorry - I don't know of any exercises to decrease your rib cage expansion - Have your doctors or anyone else told you WHY your rib cage expanded?

I'm sorry that i couldn't be more helpful

#17

I cannot believe how much flatter my stomach is after a week and a half of your transverse abdominal exercises! Finally, it feels like all the traditional ab work I did before is paying off.

Please, all ladies that have had babies - you must do these transverse abdominal exercises to get rid of the baby pouch! You can do them anywhere!

I have a strange question, Adrian. During my 4 pregnancies, my rib cage expanded. I really hate it. I know there are exercises that claim to expand your rib cage. Are there any that may do the opposite?

Thanks again! Love your site!

Hi,

I am watching your exercise videos regularly and doing the exercises according to your instructions.

I am trying to do all exercises daily; for example, arms, chest, abdomen, thighs, and calf muscles. Is this the right way of doing or should I keep a weekly plan for these exercises? Please suggest me a weekly plan, if any.

Thanks
