I have a question please. If I drink at least a liter of water is that okay? I find it very difficult to drink eight 8 oz glasses but i can manage 4 to 5 eight oz glasses per day.

Hello, im sorry for my poor english but i would like to share with you, what are we doing for diet.I hope this would help you.Normally i allways made sport at least 1.5 hours a day and also i allways becarefull about what i ate. But after my knee problem i couldnt make any workout. I started to raise weight. Without spor i was depress and i ate more. i didnt have any option besides making diet. in 2 months i lost around 10 kg. I m getting smaller every week.
what i did : i have to drink 3 litres water everyday ( i start a day with water and finish with water)
Morning: French toast with salami and fresh mix salad (without butter french toast)egg white...(fried or boiled)
Afternoon: Soup ( basic: vegitables and seafood or beef ,chicken ), salad, 1 fruit (banana or appel)
Dinner : Soup , fruit
after 8 o clock i didnt eat anything
I didnt eat any sweet junks or drinks.
if i could make sport i would like to walk or run but i cant. if u can do this u will loose weight faster than me.
PS: only drink tea without sugar. 1 coffe or latte 150-160 calori but u can drink espresso.

It's hard for me to drink ice cold water. But I do drink 14 cups of water a day. I don't sip on it , I drink 2 cups right away its easier for me. Will I still loose weight I have 50lbs to loose.

Last year I 315lb and I lost 35lb in a month 1/2 all i ate was green veggies and fish. The only thing is I got tired of just the same food all the time.
