Hi. i LOVE your program you are amazing. Question..im a 34 year old woman 5"2. I used to have amazing calves my muscles were long and Pretty even though im short. I went to prison for a year and a half and we worked out like 2 and 3 times a day but we had no Access to mirrors and didnt realize that i although I was losing weight I was ruining my curves. We did things like burpees and mountain climbers along with of course cardio squats all kinds of things but when I got out of prison I realized that my calves now look like football player calves they're like raised up and they're all thick and I just look ugly and I look squatty and stocky and I really don't like it at all is there anyway I can change that back because I really did have beautiful Calves and I don't know how to get rid of that and it just looks really ugly now I won't even feel good wearing heels or anything even with jeans on because it just looks nasty like super masculine I also noticed that the all the stomach exercises that we were doing in there like spread my stomach wider and I didn't like that it like took away the shapely curves that I had I was really frustrated that when I got out because overall I only lost 20 lb. I more than gained back the weight and still haven't been able to get back my curves but my main concern is my calves is there anything possible or am I stuck like this now? I would really appreciate any feedback that you could give me on this and I appreciate your time.

so what is your current weight now? if your calves are mainly muscular then you will need to NOT do so much with them to allow the muscles to atrophy or shrink
