It's normal to have one side that is a little bit bigger than the other that is NOT Noticeable by anyone else except for you WHEN you closely examine yourself so…

If nobody else recognizes the size difference then chances are you're making too big of a deal out of nothing but If there is a noticeable size difference between 2 parts of your body then there's 4 things you can do…

  1. Start doing uni-lateral exercises or exercises that only involve 1 leg or 1 arm at a time so that basically means you need to stop using barbells and more dumbbells to help you focus more on the weaker & smaller side of your body.
  2. Do your workouts as you normally would but add an extra 1-to-4 sets of uni-lateral exercises (like dumbbell curls or Bulgarian squats) just for the smaller side of your body
  3. Do a pure uni-lateral workout but DONT make the entire workout just for your smaller side. Involve both sides in the uni-lateral workout but you can do twice as many sets, reps or use more weight for the smaller/weaker side to help it catch up in size with the other side.
  4. Whenever you're doing a uni-lateral workout or exercise always begin with the weaker side first and when moving to the stronger side…

    ALWAYS do the same amount of reps and use the same amount of weight with the stronger side (even though you may be able to do more) because this allows your weaker side to catch up.
