Hi Adrian,
My problem is that I'm not a huge fan of foods I don't like to eat to much if at all. I have such a poor diet it's almost imbarrising, I don't eat breakfast, sometimes very seldom though and then dinner. Normally chicken or some kind of fish and since my family won't eat veggies I barely make them for myself. My question is I found this shake it's called RussianBear can I just drink that for breakfast and lunch. It is natural so it says and high in calories as well as protein. I'm trying to gain weight if you hadn't guessed.

I had the same issue but by following the schedule and increasing my water intake it's no longer a problem. Another thing that is helpful is that you determine if you're eating out of boredom or are you actually hungry. If you're bored turn on some music and dance or call up a friend to chat just redirect that energy to something more useful than just feeding your face. If you are hungry check your food log did you skip meals, did you hydrate if so remedy that would a tall glass of water, an apple or two raw veggies. Best of Luck

your only 120 lbs, thats not much weight, but i would suggest instead of losing weight, i would workout and tone it up, muscle weighs more than fat, but a nice toned body with muscles that keep you tight is beautiful and it's healthy, all you have to do is excercise, eat right, plenty of fruits and vegitables and watch your calories and stay active. good luck

Why would you need to diet at the age and weight your reporting? There is nothing wrong with you. Your youth and a regular exercise or sport will keep you trim enough until you hit your mid twenties, when most people stop growing UP and start growing OUT! Be happy with your looks! Rose, if you have a problem with the way you feel and look to yourself, get some help and don't be afraid. You may have a more serious thing to consider. I'm 29yrs old and I'm 5'5 tall. A mother of 4. I've been trying to lose weight for quite some time now. I gave birth in April this year (2012) and I weighed 273 before I was pregnant and after I gave birth. Since September, I started taking this weight loss formula and now I down to 251pds. I'm glad to see that but I'm convinced once I run out of the formula, I wont be able to continue to lose the weight. I weighed 173 before I had children. I am aiming to weigh about 165pds. I've have so many muscular problems to my knees and ankles due to the weight I've gained over the years. I've had surgery on one of my knees and my doctor stated if I don't lose some weight, I'm going to have a knee replacement on the same knee in 2013. And that's not what I want. But I am willing to follow your instructions. My 30th bday is coming up in 3 mos and i want to look and feel great for my cruise. My eating habits are ok but they could be better with some guidance. I have alot of fat I need to lose and toning up. Also, need to re-lift my butt up. So what do I need to do to get started to better and healthier me?

h i adrian ive been browsing your site for awhile now and i am ready to take action! i just turned 22, weigh 165 :( 38dd-31-43 1/2, 4'11" in height. i get alot of compliments on my petite curvy frame but i cant help being insecure. im just not happy because i love being thick and curvy but i was the same size when i weighed 135 the difference between then and now is i was alot more solid and toned since i worked out alot in school. since i took time off from school my health has declined, kidney infections, miscarriage, UTIs, chronic dehydration, my feet, face, and legs swell up and turn red, very poor circulation, etc. i dont want to be skinny but i want to be healthy and physically strong capable of anything but right now i feel like im in a rut i work out once every week or so and only lower body, no cardio, and at times i dont eat at all. plz help me i requested the videos and tweeted about your site. thanks a bunch

Hi, I'm a 28 year old female that needs to lose about 120lbs. I've struggled with my weight all my life, but now in the last 8 years I've develop hypoglycemia and Polycystic Ovarian syndrome, which both conditions leave me with high insulin levels in my blood and difficulty with losing weight. I take Metformin but it does not help, and I'm constantly battling with my blood sugar dropping everyday. I notice having a high protein diet helps (ex.South Beach Diet) but only loss a few pounds. Even with exercise weight loss is slow, and usually after a couple months I give up because of no success. I just can't seem to find the right balance of diet and exercise to be successful. Do you know any way I can achieve my goal? Thank you

Thank you for all of your expertise. I'm a 44 year old female name Kim, I'm 5"2 and I weigh 125lbs. I despise my stomach and waist. My waist is about 33 inches and my stomach looks like I'm about 4 months pregnant. I work out and try to eat right but I can't seem to shrink my waist or stomach. My goals are to have a 26 inch waist and washboard abs even though I have a lot of fat and stretch marks on my stomach from being pregnant.
