Sir, I am 32 years , height 172cm, weight 62kg, I am from India. I go gym. my problem are : I have very long and thin neck which is look ugly . How do I get thicker and short neck ? At the same time I have double chin means bellow the chin I have fat which which is really look ugly . how do I over come from double chin ? I want to doctors even regarding this problems but I didn't get solution. Kindly help me to look better .

Hello, im sixteen almost seventeen, and my boyfriend is taking me on the house boat, in two days!! I weigh 124 pounds, i used to have a really nice body, but i kinda let it go a little bit, after i ha my galbladder taken out. So what should i do, in order to just tone out my abs before we go on the house boat?

i hve been masterbating since 4 yrs n last month i stopped it n joined the gym......nw i hv masterbated n huge sperm come out...........so can i do body building tht present day or wait if......hv to wait thn for hw many days plzz tell me.............

my weing is 60 Kg and my Age is 25 , have been goinn gym since jan 2010,, hav got good body posture ,, but unabe to get any improvment on my face , what shoudl i do to get fat on my face to look mature ,, i have been taking supplements for 5 months ..........

I guessing you want to improve your strenght in those lifts so basically...

you can do 5-to-7 sets of 3-to-8 reps of bench press and squat (on separate or same days) ONCE a week and keep a training log so you can get bigger and stronger

and after 2-to-4 weeks = switch to 5-to-7 sets of 3-to-5 reps

any of the workouts here would be fine but it all depends on what you have so is all you saying you have is the bench?

hi i and 16 years old and just last year i got into lifting weights for football and ive seen amasin results, in the past year i went from 220 @ 27% body fat to 190 @17% body fat while increseing my bench from 120 to 245 and i was wondering if u had any tips on supplements or workout that will help me get out of the plateau i have hit

Hey Adrian!! I have been stalking your website for the longest time now

I am female, 233, 5' 10" with 34% body fat. i initially wanted to lost 70 lbs but i was advised to lose about 40 or 50.

Anyway, I would like to know to build a lot of muscles, while I lose weight. I was planning to do Cardio in the morning and the Weights at night. I am wondering if I can do the programme you have suggested for men or if i need to some something different.

i know i could lose the weight first then focus on muscles later but i would like to do it at the same time.

Thanks so much for this resource! I am really grateful that you put you time, effort and expertise into this for all of us!
