Drinking water to lose weight

Try to drink a minimum of Eight 8-ounce Glasses of water a day. Water is the safest, cheapest (hey, its free!), and most effective weight loss supplement on the market today.

There may not be any magic weight loss pills on the market yet, but there is a magic weight loss drink called water that you can use to lose weight instantly!

Don't take drinking water for granted when it comes to weight loss... it's very important that you drink water and here's 4 reasons why...

1.  Water Lowers the Amount of Fat Stored in your body

Your kidneys get very lazy on the job when you don't drink enough water and as a result of you not drinking water, your kidneys give most of its unfinished work to your liver.

Hi. I'm 14 years old. I'm 4'9 foot tall and my weight is 101 pound. I would like to lose weight but I don't know how. Do you have any advices? My tights are a bit chubby and I would like to get rid of it.

Hi this is vaishali here.. u r suggested to drink ice cold water to burn the fat.. but in yoga..or aayurveda .. they says to drink warm water (as hot as u can drink) to burn the or to melt the fat...even in chinese culture they take hot soup before their meal.. i am confused please help...

If the doctors say low impact - do they mean low intensity?

If so - you can still lose weight doing light activities but you'll have to do those light activities like walking or riding a bike for at least an hour everyday or at least 5 times a week to see results

I have osteoporosis and morbidly obese, I've loss 22lbs on your site but, the doctors say i must do low impact. Could you pls give me suggestions?

I lost 37 lbs by cutting out sugar, white flour and junk foods.
I have cut back on red meats as well.Now I eat more vegetables and fruits. I have not exercised that much but walk when I am in a safe place to walk. ktyfrty@yahoo.com

I get good results by placing water in fridge for at least an hour but ice cubes may give you same effect

Hi Adrian,

I've been drinking lots of water and I'm really noticing a difference.
But how do I get ice cold water? Am I always supposed to put ice cubes in it or is it ok if I just put the water in the fridge beforehand?

HEY MY NAME IS JASMINE AND IM 14 YEARS OLD AND IM 5 FEET AND 11 INCHES. IVE ALWAYS BEEN THE THE TALLEST AND FATTEST ONE IN THE FAMILY WHICH MAKES ME SELF CONSCIOUS. SINCE I CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT MY HEIGHT I WOULD WANT 2 AT LEAST HAVE A NICE FLAT STOMACH WITH TONED LEGS AND ARMS. I NEED HELP 2 LOSE AT LEAST 20 POUNDS BY SEPTEMBER WEN SCHOOL STARTS.
