Last year I 315lb and I lost 35lb in a month 1/2 all i ate was green veggies and fish. The only thing is I got tired of just the same food all the time. I started eatting the bad food again and gained the weight back plus 5 extra lbs. That happened to me to. I'm 5'3" weighed 124 going college and got up to 138 and freaked out. In March, I started eating really healthy and drank a ridiculously amount of water so i did not hold on to any water weight. By July I was the smallest I have ever been. I weighed 115 lbs and felt great. Another thing I did so that I did not quit my diet was take the weekends off. Not go crazy off my diet, but have a little bit of dessert or something fattening that I love. These weekends off gave me something to look forward to during the week so I did not venture off my diet. I hope this helps and good luck :)
