Hi Adrian, I'm a 56 yr old female 255lbs, and 5'1" I've been obese most of my life. I've developed osteoporosis, I like to know what weight loss program and exercises you can give me to get to my correct BMI and be healthy. I know this is going to take 1yr or so, to correct the damage I've done to my health.
I don't have diabetes and my cholesterol is good. My knees are the only thing that bothers me occasionally. I'm ready to rearrange my life choices and listen to you, commit to reaching my goals. Thank you, it's a God sent, to have someone to help us in a world of obesity. Bless You

Hi, i have a small problem, I need to get those abs, i got a good chest, i am not overwiegth i just got this layer of fat on my stomach which i cant seem to get red of, it is not on my top abs (i got 2 packs on those) but on the bottom, shuld i start intervals, i am starting to eat more vegetables and stuff but as for the rest of my body it is perfect for me and i dont want any changes, just on my bottom stomach and around my waist.
