Your Morning chest workout...
Do 5-to-7 sets of 3-to-8 reps of JUST ONE of the 5 exercises below & rest 2-to-5 minutes between sets and after you've finished...
Do 1 Drop set of 12-to-20 reps (doing the same exercise you just did) starting off with the heaviest weight you just used on your last set.
Important...
If you can do more than 8 reps on any set then that does not count as a set because the weight you picked was too easy and vice versa...
If you can't do more than 3 reps on any set then that means the weight is too heavy so you need to either use lighter weights and/or you can get 3-to-7
reps by doing Drop sets,
rest-pause reps or any other
fast

Your Evening chest workout...

You can pre-exhaust your chest muscles before your Monday morning workout by doing 1-to-2 sets of 12-to-25 reps of ONE of the Exercises that focus mainly on the chest muscles from the Monday Evening workout right before your first set on the Monday morning workout so for example...

sir you have said that use one of these exercises to gain muscle ...dont u think that for example for chest u hav written 1 exercise bench press ....bench press only makes the middle part of the chest what about the inner,upper,outer,lower part of the chest please explain i am very confussed.............

Just pick ONE exercise go heavy and your chest will get bigger and then after your chest gets bigger & bigger...
You can then focus on making your lower, middle or upper chest look better but truthfully...
You may not even have to do that (unless you area pro bodybuilder) - your chest should get big enough that you'll be satisfied with the results from one exercise and also...
make sure you do a different chest exercise every 4-6 weeks
