Hi adrian, I Have gotten my bodyfat to about 9.6% after 4 months of training and have become very lean. But i havnt got the definition i was hoping for.I am still going to the gym 3 times per week training making sure every body part gets trained and i also include 3-4 intervals a week into my training. When i was at the gym this week I got speaking to someone who has been training for some time and he said now my bodyfat is down to a reasonable level i should stop the intervals as this is hindering my muscle building and will stop me from getting the defined abs look. Do you think i should stop intervals?

Yes - to see abs you need under 10% and get rid of steady state cardio and do intervals (see NowLoss.com/i)

As far as your carbs/pro/fats go - you need to do what's best for you but realize you can still lose fat on higher carbs (50-to-60% of your diet) as long as the carbs are slow or complex carbs (see NowLoss.com/199)

Hi,I am 5 foot 9 and am weigh around 154 pounds.I have been following a training regime and eating plan for around a month now and have seen some good results.I have been doing weight training at the gym 3-4 times a week and around 4 steady state cardio sessions a week.i am trying to get rid of that last bit of gut so i can get defined ab's and a toned body.i am now around 14% bodyfat and have some ab definition but how do you think i should get rid of the last 5% so i can show the strong abs that i have worked for?also when at the gym doing weight training i have been doing more or less my whole body every session do you think i should be concentrationg more on specific muscle groups on specific days?I am trying to eat around 231g protein,154g carbs and 30g fat a day. do you think this is suitable?btw great site lots of useful information and tools

how do u get "wide abs" and thick obliques? cuz in pictures on sites. some people have narrow straight abs and some have wide abs from the bottom and get wider as it goes up which is what i would like to shoot for... and u can use the brad and usher picture for example

Since you're trying to get single digits body fat...

#1 - cut out all the cheat/binge days

#2 - dont expect too much muscle gain and expect muscle maintanice for now.

#3 - your running workout and weight workout is ok but...

#4 - go here to eat right to burn fat

Hey Adrian. I just kinda want to see if what im doing is ok. I Run for 10 minutes which comes out to being 1.2 mi. every morning mon-fri getting 8 sprint/run sessions in 5 of which are flat and 3 of which are uphill. then on tuesdays and thursdays (preferably), i perform about a 1-1.5 hr workout that i would say covers the whole body and follow it up with a protein shake. im thinking that ill start running/jogging on mondays & fridays anywhere from 10-30 min. is this amount of running going to interfere with muscle synthesis/maintenance? also i tend to “degrade” on the weekends (sat & sun) in the case that i dont really do anything “that” physical and i dont really watch what i eat…..often leads to binging on favorite foods/sweets. my bf% is 10% according to all the free calculators on the web, and im in good enuf condition to be recognized/complimented by others but im looking to improve….im wanting to drop the bf% to single digits for summer which for me starts in 3 weeks….any help/suggestions you have would be greatly appreciated. thx in advance

hi,
I've had two children and don't like my breast to much anymore. is there a fast way to lift them within a year. also i have a little baby pouch left over after having my children is there also a fast way to lose that in a year ?

Yes - this workout will work for girls also and to get in shape for track - you really need to go over things to do with your track coach

does that work for teenage girls also. i need to work on my body for track this year, i want to if those exercise will help me get in shape.

I would really love to get six packs and if i can as soon as possible.
Im 6 feet and weigh about 73 kg which i think is about 156lbs. I've been doing sit ups twice a week for really long time but i don think i have any progress. Now I am not even sure wat I have been doing is right. can u email me what i should do to get abs quick? Thank you
