I struggle with doing non-assisted pull-ups. What can I to improve my back strength so I can do them with just my body weight?

Hi Adrian ,i was just wonderin is training only 1 muscle group every time i visit the gym better or more than 1 group each time ?? , i mean train the chest muscles on a day and the arm muscles on another or use both groups of muscles on the same day ..

you can work as many muscles groups per day that you want but the main thing is you want to get in a quality workout while giving your muscles time to rest and get stronger and usually...

to get in a quality workout you should only work 1-to-2 muscles groups per workout

Hi Adrian,
I really appreciate your site and tips. I have had three children and all fat is settled in my back and stomach. I didn't see any tips for losing back fat. I have been working out for over a year with weights and I can't get rid of.
