You could lose more than 5 pounds in 7 days depending on how much excess water weight you're carrying around and here's...
Does anybody what to take a stab at this? Does anybody have a definite answer as to whehter you put the tea bags in hot or cold water?

chellek ,
There's no need to do this but th extra water is a good thing!
Robin2yu,
Just avoid eating TOO much salt period! some salt is fine - and it's okay to seep your teabag in water
you say you can eat food during this but only food without salt.
Should it be low cal food or any kind of food?
Also, do you put the teabag in the cold water?
Thanks!

Ryan,
You can eat regular food (just avoid too much salt).
All this is... Is a natural diruetic drink that flushes excess water weight from your body.
emoral,
It probably can but... There's only so much water weight a person can lose and you'll probably end up losing most of your excess water weight before the 7 days is up and to prevent water weight again...
Drink at least 1 liter of water a day, eat a balanced diet of carbs, protein, and healthy fat while avoiding too much salt
Rae & Mayse,
I don't think you boil the water and green tea is okay but danelion is a better for "water weight loss" and no sugar added is okay
Do you boil the water?
Is no sugar added okay?
Can i substiture green tea with dandielion root?

do you boil the water, and then put the teabag in? if not, how do you use the teabag?

D,
the Cranberry juice with 'no sugar added' should be fine
Hi,
II found everything at Whole Foods...however there was no 'sugar free' Cranberry juice -- just 'no sugar added' -- is this what Jillian is talking about? Thanks!

That's what Jillian says is best but... you can go here for another way to lose 5 pounds of water weight in 2 days if you don't like danelion tea
Does it have to be dandelion root tea bags?

MANDEE,
You drink the 60 ounces of this diet drink during the day and you don't have to drink it all at once and YES...
It can be store bought lemon juice and make sure it's sugar free cranberry juice you're using
how do you get the tea bag into the water without boiling the water? do you just leave it in or do you take it out? and do you drink it all at one time or in parts of the day? and can this be the lemon juice you buy from the store? and the cranberry juice?

Vjirginia,
I wouldn't boil the tea bag but I don't think It'll hurt your weight loss efforts all that much and remember... You're only losing excess water weight by doing this so... If you plan on losing more than 5-to-10 plans - be ready to go a good weight loss program afterwards to lose weight fast
In the diet plan , do you or can you boil the danelion tea bag?

Stacey,
according to Jillian Michaels in the video - You need to try to drink at least 60 ounces of this drink once a day for 7 days
How many of these do you drink a day?

meka,
Please read the last part of this article to get your answer:
Basically if you drink enough water and limit your salt intake - you won't get bloated or gain water weight

Where on the body is water weight mostly carried? Since it's only water weight that's being lost, will it come back? If so, how soon?

In your case yes
read how to lose 5 pounds in 2 days to see why
When you don't drink water - you force your body to retain fluid
for survival and yes...
People will notice you've lost weight even though it's water weight
