My girlfriend is going to try the 5lb in 7 day recipe of dandelion root, lemon juice and cranberry juice.
I suggested that she just make a concentrated "shot" by boiling 5-6oz of water, steeping the tea and adding the lemon and cranberry juice too it. Then taking the "shot" with breakfast and consume another 55oz of water the rest of the day.
It is just a pain for her to carry around a 60oz jug of dandelion mixture.
Do you think that would be as effective as drinking 60oz of the complete mixture?

Hi Adrian, I'm 16 and well prom is coming up...
I'm 5'3 and I'm about 126 pouds.. I have those gross love handles and I realllly need your up.
Prom is March 30th and today is January 30th, two months exactly
I started last week by walking 3 MPH for 45 minutes for 4 days... I saw your interval trianing workouts and was wondering... what interval training workout should I do to be 119 pounds by March 30th?
Should it be the 10/10 if so, for how long?
And how many calories should I take?
I really want to burn this fat! Thanks!
