Hey,
I've been trying to lose weight forever...I fail at every turn. I lost 13 pounds on weightwatchers but that came back when school started again. Most of the problem is that I'm extremely busy - I've got school all day, work some nights, studying, a lot of extracurriculars that aren't sports, and practicing for my college music auditions, not to mention college applications and the like.
I try eating less and it works...for about a day and a half, before I sort of crash and eat way too much of something. I always drink plenty of water, that isn't really my issue. I exercise a few times a week but that isn't nearly enough. I weight 165 and I'm feeling a bit depressed about this whole issue. A lot of my friends are stick thin and it bothers me that they can eat whatever they want, whenever they want, and gain nothing.
Do you have any suggestions for high school students with extremely low metabolisms and busy schedules?

You lose fat in your thighs by losing weight all over your body and yes - You're right...
As you lose weight - It's anybody's guess as to where you'll actually lose weight from and...
To lose muscle in your legs - you simply have to stop using them (not an option!) or stop doing leg exercises (which also may not be an option when trying to burn fat) but if you stop doing leg exercises like squats...
Your leg muscles will shrink (atrophy) and as for colon cleansing...

My thighs seem to be sort of muscular. I know theres no way to lose weight on just one part of your body, but how can I lose muscle and fat in my legs/thighs? Another question I have is if you know of any pills that are basically for colon cleansing that will basically help me with my weight loss? I want to lose about 10-15 lbs by the beginning of December and it isn't easy since my bowel movements aren't as they are supposed to be and because it just seems that I can't get the weight off.
Help, please!

It's just that I THINK WITH ALL she's done on TV helping people lose weight and plus the fact her online program blends weight loss with full body toning is the main reason why I think it's the best online program for women

HIIT is better but if you're limited because of injuries or other factors then low intensity longer duration will have to do

When it comes to losing your last few pounds of fat It's best to do an advanced weight loss plan like this one here that has lots of intense cardio without running

It seems to me your body may be used to running but this doesn't mean you can't burn fat doing so what I would do is...
Work on the High Intensity skipping and keep trying to improve your time or go for at least 20-to-30 mintutes and the if you get shattered after 3 minutes then...
Use the rest of the time running
When waking up in the morning, for loosing fat, what would you recommend:
Skipping
or
Running
Ive heard a lot about how effective High Intensity Interval Training is, and this can be easily done in the form of skipping. However, it is extremely hard and after about 3 minutes im shattered, while i can go running for over an hour. Therefore i thought with the running i would burn more fat.
Can you help?
