pls im going to college within 2 weeks i was never concerned about my looks until now even thoung i was teased a lot in hign school abt being fat i realli need to loose weight cause my belly flabs over nd i need to look nyc and slim at school i have been hiding in my own clothes @ home which are quite big but i gues i cant do so now please help me wat can i do to loose weight in 2 weeks especially my thighs and belly?
I am 41 yr female and I am grossly over weight.. I want to loose weight badly... I am a very picky eater. I also have ovarian cysts which makes it very hard to do just any excercise. When I am able to excercise I am limited on the type of movement I can do.. If I move wrong it causes pain and swelling.. Is there any hope for me?

I feel your pain. When I was over weight it was very hard for me to excercise. Doing only a few pushups, hurt. If you really awnt to start losing weight, try cutting out a lot of salt, and drink a lot of water everyday, but becareful not to over do it(itll cause seizures, passing out, and in some cases death), you can actually lose quite a bit ammount of water weight just by a few days if you switch to a fruits and veggies diet. and if you want to include protein in your diet, eat egg whites, chicken, and fish. Stay away from processed lunch meat. They are brutal, and don't bother with subway or Wawa hoagies and NO protein bars. They are loaded with salt. Just friendly advice.
this yr i am 33 yrs old, i have 3 boys 3,4, & 9 yr old. i have no job & no life other then the children. i am 245 pds & i am 5ft 3, my tights are huge. Over all i am discussed with my self. I always been hippy but now i am just so large over all that its out of control. i watch the biggest loser, the Dr. Oz show anythin to do with weight lost. I even change my eating habbits even starting going to a nutrientist, in 2 mons i have lost maybe 6 1/2 pds. I have to admit i have not been excercising,i ride for 30 mins 5 times. Stress is a big factor in my life also, i so unhappy.
