hey adrian i know creatine should be taken in cycles but does the duration of the tim when your off the creatine matter? Because i've been told take it for 4 weeks then stay off it for 3-4 weeks then get back on it. What do you think?
i dont use creatine (I used to when i was younger) but i've built a ripped body while only using protein shakes as extra help so in my opinion... you dont need to worry or even use creaitne

Hey guys, I'm 6'2, I weigh 182 and I really want to bulk up. I want wide chest and shoulders with big arms and i want to add major definition. Im starting to get love handles and a bit of a belly. Could anyone PLEASE suggest a specific, strict workout plan for me which includes number of reps and sets and when to do it. I can't seem to gain weight I never feel hungry. I weight 119 lbs and am 26. I have been skinnie all my life and am beginning to believe that I will remain like this all my life. Please tell me what I should do I am sick of being skinnie.

Hey,I'm 17 years old. I'm 6ft even and weigh about 185 about a year ago I weighed 300lbs (not exaggerating) I got down to 150 then put on 35 lbs due to my doctor saying i was unhealty. I played football and had muscle under the fat so my arms are still in good shape. I have alot of excess skin around my belly though. I want to blow up though. I want bigger legs,bigger arms especially, and I just want to tighten up my stomach too. I am clueless what to do. I dont want to gain fat back But i want to gain muscle. Can you give me a step by step workout, how often to do them because people confuse me with the 72 hour muscle regrowth plan. So in other words i want BIGGER ARMS, TIGHTEN UP EXCESS SKIN, STRONGER MORE LEAN LEGS, MORE MUSCULAR BACK, AND JUST ALL AROUND MORE LEAN MUSCLE.

how did you lose the weight?...im 210 pounds, i used to be 165-170 and i gained a 40-45 pounds last year. Ive been trying to lose weight since October but haven't been successful. please help

I had a question. I'm just beginning to workout again from a very long extended break away from doing anything at all. I hate the part of getting really sore or pulling pulling muscles after jumping back into work out routine after a long period off. Are there any techniques, exercises, routines etc. that you can recommend to get my body and muscles, etc. back in shape before starting a full workout. Or, do you recommend just jumping back into it, but with less intensity until I can get back in shape. Should I just suck up the pain, or can I forgo it altogether. I'd prefer the latter. Thanks.

Suck it up but also DONT JUMP into it FULL blast - take your time and build up your fitness gradually and regardless of how you start - you more than likely will be sore after your first workout
