im not a body builer and am new to this..bsicaly i was a fat b***stard! ive lost 6 stone scince feb (this bieng aug) and this is the first time ive used weights alongside dieting.
im now 40 and its a lot harder to sahpe up than it used to be! firstly id like to say ive found a certain respect for the "muscle boys"..the amount of science behind toning up is baffleing!?!?..and after trawling thru site after site promising to "build muscle fast" and "get ripped in 4 and a half hours" this site has been has god send!! clear and informitive,after finding i toned up a bit when i lost the majority of my weight,like most people..i got curious as to see if i could get those arms and chest bit more ripped..thanks to this gents great advice ive realised ive been doing it a bit wrong...same weights twice day no resting,not eating the correct things etc..ive read it all before but but bodybuilders tend to use there own "speak" which if your new you dont always understand??..so a big thanks for putting it in plain easy terms with nice short vids that even a dim witt like me can get! hope to see some improvement soon! thanks again!
