If you can't gain any muscle even if you're already lifting weights...

  1. You need to make sure you are getting stronger so...

    You need to make sure you are lifting heavier weights, doing more reps and/or more sets every time you work out with weights or do bodyweight exercises because...

    If you do the same workout using the same amount of weight, reps and sets over & over... You'll basically get the same results over & over which is very little or NO muscle growth at all so...

  2. Make sure you are getting enough rest between workouts because your muscles can't get bigger unless you give them time to rest and get bigger in between your muscle building workouts and usually...

  3. Make sure that you are getting at least 7 hours of sleep everyday to keep your testosterone levels high to help your muscles recover, grow and get bigger and if still can't gain muscle...
  4. Make sure you are eating right by eating at least 1-to-1½ grams of protein for every pound you weigh along with the right amounts of carbs & fats along with drinking at least 1-to-2 liters of water every day and...
