I can never go up in bench ever since 8th grade my bench hasnt went up it stayed at 225 and also my hex it stayed at 375, I lift almost if not everyday I dont work on the same muscles everyday but I just am tired of not going up in those 2 compound workouts. Is spending too much time in the gym bad? i go there in the morning and at night and in between that i go play soccer or football or swim I am very active but yet im not ripped thats another thing I dont get.

how often are you doing that and just to make sure I'm reading your routine correctly...
you do 4 sets of 5 reps (please list how much weight you use) followed by 1 set of 5,3,2,1;10,8,6 reps each (please list how much weight you use) and then another 3 x 3?
Right now you may be overtraining but get back to me ASAP

I do these workouts everyday, I dont fit them all into a one day thing but is it bad that I dont give my chest a break?

DO NOT DO that workout everyday! - no wonder your are not getting stronger. Only do that workout you listed ONCE a week but if I were you I would do this chest workout here.
you need to give your muscles a chance to rest for them to get stronger and you get stronger AWAY from the gym mostly
